تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المؤسسات المالية مدخل لتفعيل الشمول المالي

Abstract

هدفت الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة مساهمة تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في المؤسسات المالية في تعزيز مستويات الشمول المالي التي طالما كانت هدفا صعبا للحكومات سواء في الدول المتقدمة أو النامية، فبعد التأصيل النظري لمتغيرات الدراسة عرضت هذه الورقة البحثية بعض التجارب لمؤسسات مالية تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي في تقديم الخدمات لعملائها، وإظهار الأرقام التي حققتها بالاعتماد على خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي ساهم بشكل فعال في إتاحة الخدمات المالية للفئات المهمشة والمستبعدة من الأنظمة المالية الرسمية بحكم تقييم الصناعة المالية الكلاسيكية، ويمكن أن يكون الذكاء الاصطناعي الحل الأمثل لرفع مستويات الشمول المالي. The research paper aimed to study the contribution of the application of artificial intelligence in financial institutions to enhance levels of financial inclusion, which has been for a long-time difficult goal for governments, whether in developed or developing countries. After the theoretical rooting of the study variables, this research paper presented some experiences of financial institutions that rely on artificial intelligence to provide services to their customers, and show the numbers that they achieved by relying on artificial intelligence algorithms. the study concluded that artificial intelligence effectively contributed to making financial services available to marginalized groups and excluded from official formal financial systems by virtue of evaluating the classic financial industry, and artificial intelligence can be the perfect solution to raise the levels of financial inclusion
