Abstract

This study aimed to measure the impact of corruption on foreign direct investment in Algeria, so that the ARDL model was used to measure this effect due to the different degree of inactivity of the time series of the variables used in the study. The results indicate that the state's seriousness in combating corruption greatly contributes to attracting foreign direct investment, as corruption is one of the biggest obstacles to attracting investors
