العدالة الانتقالية ومسألة إنهاء العنف والصراع في ليبيا

Abstract

تسعى الدراسة إلى بحث موضوع العدالة الانتقالية في ليبيا، ومحاولة معرفة إمكانية تطبيقها، في ظل واقع سياسي وأمني داخلي معقّد، وبيئة إقليمية ودولية متدخّلة، سعيا إلى تحقيق استقرار سياسي يَخرُج بليبيا من نفق العنف والصراع العسكري والسياسي والذي لا زال قائما منذ أكثر من عشر سنوات على قيام ثورة فبراير 2011. The study aims to examine the issue of transitional justice in Libya and to try to determine its applicability, in the context of a complex political and internal security situation and an intervening regional and international environment, in an effort to achieve political stability that will bring Libya out of the violence and military and political conflict that has existed for more than 10 years since the February 2011 revolution
