Abstract

تهدف المداخلة لإبراز المكانة المتميزة التي تحظى بها المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الاقتصاديات الصناعية الحديثة، وخاصة تلك المتخصصة في المناولة الصناعية، والتي تشكل بالنسبة اليها إحدى الاستراتيجيات الحديثة للمساهمة في تطوير القطاع الصناعي، واستهدفنا تأكيد ضرورة تبني ودعم هذا النشاط من طرف السياسة التنموية الصناعية الوطنية كمدخل لإشراك وتكامل هذه الأخيرة مع المؤسسات الصناعية الكبرى، وتوصلت الدراسة التي خصت مؤسسة جرمان العمومية أنها تخطو أولى خطواتها للتخصص في نشاط المناولة الصناعية، الا أن مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في التصنيع مازالت ضعيفة، مما يستدعى البحث في آليات ادماج هذه الاخيرة في قطاع صناعة كخيار استراتيجي للتنمية الاقتصادية. This intervention aims at highlighting the privileged position of small and medium-sized enterprises in modern industrial economies , especially those specialized in industrial subcontracting, which have become one of the modern and influential strategies in developing the industrial sector, as we aimed at emphasizing on the necessity of adopting and supporting this activity by the national policy related to industrial development, as an entry point for the SME’s participation and integration with the big industrial companies. The study concluded that the contribution of German as Public enterprise is taking its first steps to specialize in the activity of industrial handling , However, the contribution of small and medium enterprises to industrial handlingis weak,, which claims for more research into mechanisms of their development and integration within the industrial sector as a strategic option for economic developmen
