Abstract
This study aims to address the reality of the business climate in Algeria and the way in which this has an
impact on the entrepreneurial intention among young entrepreneurs who are helped by the national agency for
the support of youth employment in Maghnia. Thus, our study was carried out on the basis of a sample of 32
entrepreneurs supported by the agency and took effect thanks to the collection of information via a
questionnaire, the data of which we analyzed on the IBM STSS statistics program. STATISTICS.Our study led to
the following conclusion: according to the entrepreneurs assisted by the national support agency for the return
to employment of young people, there is a feeling of ease in the business climate in Algeria. Moreover, the latter
assert that the law represents what most handicaps entrepreneurship in Algeria and that there is no relationship
of influence between the business climate in Algeria and the intention to undertake. Therefore, the young
entrepreneur supported by the agency is ready to follow the entrepreneurial process regardless of the hardships
or the business environment.
