Abstract

Given the key role that SMEs play in contemporary economies as the engine of economic development, and because of the fragility of these institutions to face severe international competition and their work in an environment of activity characterized by changing and complex conditions, especially with the increasing pace of globalization and rapid scientific and technological changes, A number of support mechanisms in different countries, perhaps the most prominent of these technical incubators. This study aimed to identify the role of incubators in providing technical facilities and assistance to establish small enterprises, especially based on new technological initiatives, until they become viable and competitive in the external environment. It is considered as the birth of products from the womb of ideas, to float on the scene of existence taking into account the satisfaction of the customer (the recipient) and the impulse of the product and acceptance of the financier to become a commodity or service targeted and required by all.
