التناول النسقي للارجاعية لدى إخوة الطفل التوحدي

Abstract

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن عملية الإرجاعية لدى إخوة الطفل التوحدي عبر قراءة نسقية ولإثبات الفرضيات أو نفيها اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي، الهوية السردية – سرد الحياة- من خلال جمع مجموعة من الخطابات لإخوة الطفل التوحدي، التي تم تحليلها استنادا إلى نظرية بول ريكور بالإضافة إلى الفلسفة الظواهراتية والمقابلات من النوع التحدثية المجزأة على (15) شخصا تم اختيارهم بطريقة مقصودة. بعد الاستعانة باستبيان الارجاعية المصمم من قبل الباحثة والخاضع للخصائص السيكومترية، وأسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: 1--يحقق إخوة الطفل التوحدي الصحة النفسية داخل الأسرة 2- يمكن لإخوة التوحدي التكيف بإيجابية مع الأخ المضطرب ومواجهة الحدث الضاغط 3- يوجد فروق في عملية الإرجاعية لدى إخوة الطفل التوحدي حسب العمر) الإخوة الأكبر سنا والإخوة الأصغر سنا ( 4- يوجد فروق في عملية الإرجاعية لدى إخوة الطفل التوحدي حسب الجنس (الإخوة الذكور والإخوة الإناث)ـ 5- يوجد دور أساسي لدى إخوة التوحدي في مساعدته والتخفيف من معاناة الوالدين وآلامهم. Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the resilience process in the autistic child's siblings to show through a systemic reading. To prove or deny hypotheses, we relied on the clinical approach, narrative identity, life storytelling, and via gathering a collection of speeches by the autistic child's brothers, which were analysed based on Paul Ricoeur's theory, as well as phenomenological philosophy and interviews of the fragmented speaking genre. On 15 peoples who were deliberately selected. After using a resilience questionnaire designed by the researcher and subject to psychometric properties, the study yielded the following results: 1. Autistic child brothers achieve mental health within the family 2- Autistic brothers can adapt positively to the troubled brother and face the stressful event 3- There are differences in the resilience process in the siblings of the autistic child by age( older brothers and younger brothers ) 4- There are differences in the resilience process in autistic child brothers by sex (male and female siblings) 5- There is an essential role for the autistic brothers in helping him and alleviating the suffering and pain of the parents.
