دور المعاملات الرقمية وتطبيقات الدفع الالكتروني في تنمية السياحة بالجزائر

Abstract

يهدف البحث الحاضر إلى إبراز أهمية إدخال المعلومات الرقمية ومعلومات الاتصال لتنشيط قطاع السياحة في الجزائر، وخاصة بعدما ظهرت نية جادة لدى صانعي القرار في قطاع السياحة لإدخال نظم التكنولوجيا الرقمية للترويج السياحي، ومواكبة اخر التطورات التكنولوجية في مجال المعلومات الرقمية، وكذلك صدور فوانين التجارة الإلكترونية وقوانين الاتصالات والبريد التي تم تكييفها وفقا لهذه التطورات وما تقدمه وتعرضه مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر من خدمات في هذا الإطار للمساهمة في تطوير وعصرنة قطاع السياحة في الجزائر. وقد اعتمدنا في بحثنا هذا على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لأجل القيام بالدراسة محل البحث. وخلص البحث إلى حقيقة أن نظم التكنولوجيا والمعلومات الرقمية لها دور فعال ومحوري للنهوض بالقطاع السياحي في الجزائر. Abstract The research aims to highlight the importance of introducing digitization techniques and contact information to stimulate the tourism sector in Algeria, especially after the serious intention of decision makers in the tourism sector to introduce digital technology systems for tourism promotion, and to keep pace with the latest technological developments in the field of digitization, as well as the issuance of e-commerce laws and telecommunications and mail laws adapted in accordance with these developments and the services provided and offered by the Algiers Telecommunications Corporation in this context to contribute to the development and modernization of the tourism sector in Algeria. In our research, we have relied on the descriptive and analytical approach to carry out the study in question. The research concluded that technology and digitization systems play an active and pivotal role in promoting Algeria's tourism sector.
