الشيخ محمد بن سليمان حمداوي وجهوده في الفتوى

Abstract

تناولت في هذه المذكرة موضوع الشيخ محمد بن سليمان حمداوي وجهوده في الفتوى، وهو بحث يكشف عن أهمية مكانة الشيخ –رحمه الله- عند أهل منطقة الطيبات خاصة وطلبة العلم عامة، سواء في المذهب المالكي الذي ينتسب إليه أم في غيره من المذاهب، وإبراز جهوده في عديد من الفتاوى، ومن أجل ذلك قسّمت بحثي هذا إلى مقدمة وثلاث مباحث وخاتمة، حيث أشرت في المقدمة إلى أهمية دراسة مثل هذه الموضوعات التي تدرس حياة أعلام المنطقة، وتناولت في المبحث الأول ترجمة للشيخ محمد بن سليمان حمداوي تشمل حياته ونسبه وشيوخه وتلاميذه وغيرها، وتناولت في المبحث الثاني الفتوى وتعريفها وأركانها وضوابطها، وتناولت في المبحث الثالث أهم جهود الشيخ محمد بن سليمان في الفتوى حيث تكلمت عن منهجه في الفتوى، وأبرز موضوعات الفتاوى التي تناولها من عبادات ومعاملات وفقه الأسرة وغيرها، وختمت بحثي هذا بخاتمة تناولت فيها أهم النتائج التي استخلصتها من البحث، منها: إزالة الغموض على تاريخ هذا العلم وبيان أهم موضوعات فتاويه، وفي الأخير ذيّلت البحث بفهارس. In this research, I dealt with the subject of Sheikh Muhammad bin Suleiman Hamdawi and his efforts in the fatwa, which is a research that reveals the importance of the position of the Sheikh - may God have mercy on him - about the people of the Tayyibat region in particular and students of knowledge in general, whether in the Maliki school that is attributed to him or in other schools, and highlighting his efforts in Many fatwas, and for that, I divided this research into an introduction, three sections and a conclusion, where I indicated in the introduction the importance of studying such topics that study the lives of the region’s famous, and dealt with in the first section a biography of Sheikh Muhammad bin Suleiman Hamdawi contains his life, lineage, teachers, students and others, and dealt with In the second section the fatwa and its definition, pillars and controls, and in the third section, I dealt with the most important efforts of Sheikh Muhammad bin Suleiman in the fatwa, where I spoke about his approach to the fatwa, and the most prominent topics of fatwas that he dealt with from worship, transactions, family jurisprudence and others, and I concluded this research with a conclusion in which I dealt with the most important results that I drew From the research, including: removing the ambiguity on the history of this scientist and clarifying the most important topics of his fatwas, and in the end I appended the research with indexes.
