Abstract

لقد استهدفت هذه الدراسة إبراز موضوع في غاية الأهمية يعالج دور الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري في ترقية خدمات المصارف التجارية يتوضح ذلك من خلال طرح إشكالية تتعلق بدور النظام المصرفي في تمويل البرامج التنموية في ظل الإصلاحات و التحديات التي يعرفها الاقتصاد الوطني ، والبحث عن السبل الناجعة لإعادة تنظيم القطاع المصرفي والمالي وتطوير أداء خدماته ، ومواكبة تحولات المصارف العالمية ، ولمعالجة هذه الإشكالية التي حاولنا من خالها توضيح وإبراز الأهمية البالغة لمكانة النظام المصرفي في ضمن الخريطة الاقتصادية الوطنية، وما يضطلع به من دور متميز ضمن مسعى الإصلاحات الاقتصادية الحالية ، باعتباره احد الأعمدة الأساسية والركائز المهمة في التحول والانتقال إلى اقتصاد السوق ليساير منحنى الاقتصاديات العالمية والمصارف العملاقة. This study aimed to highlight a very important topic That adresses the challenges facing Algérien Banks in light of the libéralisation of the banking and Financial services Trade, the intégration of global Financial markets, and how to develop mécanismes and stratégies to modernise Banks and upgrade banking work in ordre to adapte effectively and efficiently to those challenges, and This becomes clear by posing a problème related to the banking system in financing développement programs in light of the reformes and challenges That the national économie is facing, and by searching for effective ways to réorganise the banking and Financial sector, develop the performance of its services, increases its compétitive capabilities to adapte to the new international reality, keep oace with the transformations of global Banks, and to adresse this problème, through which we tried to clarify and highlight the critical importance of the position of the baking system within the national économique map, and the distinct rôle it plays within the endeavor of current économiquereformes, as one of the main pillars and important pillars of the transition and the transition to a markets économie in line with the trend of global économies, and géant Banks.
