From this standpoint, the main goal of the study is to reveal the role of technologies Smart manufacturing in enhancing sustainable quality through a field study in the General Company for the Automotive Manufacturing Company, and through field visits to the study company, the study raised a question: What is the correlation and impact between smart manufacturing and sustainable quality in the company? To answer this question, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample. (200) workers in the company to collect data, and based on the workers’ answers, the results were analyzed using (SPSS, Amos, V. 25). In light of the results of the analysis, the study reached a number of conclusions and proposals that fit the nature of the studyItem دور بعض ممارسات التصنيع المستدام في تعزيز الجودة الخضراء / دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من العاملين في شركة الكرونجي للمشروبات الغازية والعصائر /كركوك(جامعة الوادي University Of Eloued, 2024-03-31) العيساوي احمد عبد الهادي متعب; الجاف سولين نيازي عمرسعت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة تأثير ممارسات التصنيع المستدام في تعزيز الجودة الخضراء في الشركة المبحوثة وتبلورت المشكلة في أن الشركة المبحوثة لديها بعض المشكلات تتمثل صعوبة الحصول على بعض التقنيات اللازمة للتصنيع المستدام، فضلاً عن التحديات التي تواجه الشركة فيما يخص الجمع بين جوانب الاستدامة بيئياً واجتماعياً واقتصادياً. تم اختيار عينة عشوائية قصدية بلغ حجمها (240) فرداً من العاملين في الشركة المختارة، وتوصَّلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أَهمها وجود تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي لممارسات التصنيع المستدام في الجودة الخضراء في الشركة المبحوثة وهذا يؤكد أهمية تطبيق هذه المتغيرات في القطاع الصناعي العراقي على وجه الخصوص، كما تم تقديم جملة مقترحات كان أبرزها " ضرورة تركيز الشركة المبحوثة على الموارد البشرية العاملة لديها وتطويرها باتجاه بيئي يخدم توجهات الشركة في سعيها لتكون شركة مستدامة وصديقة للبيئة، إذا لا يمكن تطبيق المفاهيم والنظم التصنيعية المستدامة من غير عاملين مؤهلين بيئيا ولديهم المعرفة اللازمة بهذا الاتجاه التي تُعد النقطة الأساسية لتطبيق تلك المفاهيم. The current study sought to know the impact of sustainable manufacturing practices in enhancing green quality in the surveyed company. The problem crystallized in that the surveyed company has some problems represented by the difficulty of obtaining some of the technologies necessary for sustainable manufacturing, in addition to the challenges facing the company with regard to combining the environmental, social and economic aspects of sustainability. A purposive random sample of (240) individuals working in the selected company was selected. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the presence of a positive and significant impact of sustainable manufacturing practices on green quality in the researched company. This confirms the importance of applying these variables in the Iraqi industrial sector in particular. A number of proposals were also presented, the most prominent of which was “the necessity of the researched company focusing on the human resources working for it and developing them in an environmental direction that serves the company’s orientations in its quest to be a sustainable and environmentally friendly company, since sustainable manufacturing concepts and systems cannot be applied without environmentally qualified workers who have the necessary knowledge in this direction.” Which is the basic point for applying these concepts.Item دور المناخ التنظيمي في تعزيز القيمة العالية للأداء دراسة ميدانية في دائرة صحة الموصل(جامعة الوادي University Of Eloued, 2024-03-31) الركابي ازهار عبد محيسن; العلي صفاء صالح فتحيThe research aims to study the organizational climate and its role in enhancing the high value of performance through a field study in the Mosul Health Department. To achieve the research objectives, the descriptive analytical method was used, and the questionnaire was relied upon as the main tool for collecting data, and the data was processed statistically via (SPSS V.25). The research sample consisted of (45) employees in the study. The research found that there is a positive impact relationship between the organizational climate and enhancing the high value of performance in the organization under study. The results of the research also made clear that the organizational climate in its dimensions ensures a reassuring work environment that contributes to enhancing the high performance of the health organization. The researchers concluded There are a number of recommendations, the most important of which is emphasizing the importance of the organizational climate prevailing in the work environment and constantly reviewing its dimensions to enhance the positive aspects and address the negative aspects in it, as the organizational climate is a requirement and a basic foundation in adopting and motivating the employees’ performance and creative behavior
