The Management Of National Parks In Algeria: Overview, Means And Constraints. Case Of National Parks In The North.

The objective of this article is to establish an overview of the management of Algerian national parks (ANP), in terms of human and financial resources, which reflects both their functioning and the commitment of the State in favor of the protection and enhancement of the natural heritage. In this context, we have formulated the following main questions: How is the management of NAPs implemented in terms of human and financial resources? What are the constraints encountered? To do this, we will opt for a study of eight national parks in northern Algeria; these are EL-Kala, Chréa, Djurdjura, Theniet-El-Had, Belezma, Gouraya, Taza and Tlemcen, based on an analytical and descriptive study.

It's always important to understand the factors that contribute to the success of entrepreneurs and their businesses, as well as the impact those factors have on achieving that goal. According to this study, the availability of qualified employees, infrastructure, system availability, help desk availability, hardware, and design preparation are all factors that influence a new firm's performance and success. The questionnaire was designed with the following objectives in mind, and the information gathered was examined using descriptive statistics as well as analytical and statistical methods. the study findings reached that there is a statistical impact for system readiness on startup operation, and there is an impact for skilled employees on the success of startup operation, Also, there is a statistical impact for infrastructure on the success of startup operations
From The Rentier State To The Developmental State: The Challenge Of The Algerian Economy

It is a set of practices that denote the fragility of its institutions as a whole, such as corruption, clientelism, administrative delays, misappropriation of public funds, etc. The challenge for the Algerian state is the transition from a rentier state to a developmental state, while defining the levers of rupture with the oil rent, and this through the diversification of the Algerian economy.
Empirical Study On Digital Storytelling As A Communication Strategy Among Algerian Social Network Users

Facing a major growth in social networks use in Algeria, companies are increasingly resorting to digital strategies. Digital storytelling, consisting of relating facts in narrative forms, is one of the communication strategies adopted nowadays, aiming at capturing online consumers. To measure the success of this strategy in terms of appreciation and usefulness, we conducted a quantitative study with a sample of 204 Algerian social network users. The findings led us to the conclusion that digital storytelling could be a valuable approach to build an online communication strategy.
The Territorial Disparities Of Development: Synthetic Hdi By Delegation In Tunisia

The Potential Impacts Of Extracting Shale Gas On Water Resources In Algeria

As Algeria is one of the promising countries in the world in the arena of the size of shale gas resources, the concerns about its potential impacts on the environment triggered a hot debate between the government and the opponents of the development of shale gas. The present paper attempts to determine the potential impacts of extracting shale gas on water resources. To do so, the authors discussed the main concerns expressed by the environmental associations especially the impacts of hydraulic fracturing on water resources trough quantifying the quantities of water that would be used by Sonatrach to drill wells and frack them hydraulicly on the one hand, and as a second step, discuss the major source of concerns and controversy of potential impacts on water quality on the other hand. The main finding of this paper is that extracting shale gas entails only a small fraction of the water resources and will not affect the quality of groundwater if the extraction technique is properly handled
Machine Learning For Market Volatility Prediction

Market volatility prediction is one of the most commonly used terms in the trading market today. Price movements, market volatility, and trading risks are all represented by realized volatility. A small change in volatility affects the expected return on all assets. In this research, To predict volatility, we will use the dataset provided by the Kaggle platform. Optiver is a leading global electronic market maker and is committed to continuously improving financial markets. improving access and prices for options. Exchange traded funds(ETFs), On numerous exchanges around the world, cash equities, bonds, and foreign currencies are traded. The prediction models we used in our study are LightGBM and XGBoost and CatBoost and Linear Regression, and we concluded some related works on forecasting volatility. Then we ran our models. The results show that the LightGBM model is the best among these models, as it achieved the lowest root mean square error percentage (RMSPE) score of: 0.286, And the highest score in the coefficient of determination is: 0.817, and the RMSPE for other models: XGBoost, CatBoost and Linear regression is, respectively: 0.303, 0.302 and 0.347, and the score of is also: 0.791, 0.784, 0.766.

بعد التفصيل فيما أنجر عن جائحة كوفيد-19،من آثار وخيمة على العالم في جميع ميادين الحياة الاقتصادية والصحية والاجتماعية وعلى مجال العمل والتشغيل في بحثنا هذا، والوصول إلى ضرورة البحث عن السبل الأنجع والبديلة لمواجهة مثل هذه الأزمات، خاصة مع تأكيد الكثير من الدراسات على استمرار هذه الآثار إلى فترة ليست بالهينة (4 سنوات أخرى)، فهدفنا إلى توضيح الدور الرئيسي والفعال للزكاة ومؤسساتها في التصدي لمثل هذه الأزمات إذا ما أعطيت لهذه الشعيرة مكانتها والاستفادة من المؤسسات التي أنشأت في إطارها واستغلالها بشكل فعال ودائم. لنخلص بأن للزكاة أحكاما كثيرة يمكن تفعيلها، كما تحتاج هذه الشريعة لاهتمام أكبر مما توليه الدول الإسلامية خاصة الجزائر، حتى تقوم بالدور المنوط في سد فاقة الفقراء، وتوفير مناصب العمل لمن يحتاج إليها، وتأخذ بيد المفلس لينطلق من جديد After having detailed the serious effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the whole world and in all areas of economic, health and social life, particularly in the areas of labour and employment, and concluded that there is a need to more effective ways of dealing with such crises. Especially after many studies have confirmed the continuity of these effects for significant periods of time )4 more years.( Therefore, we had to specify the main and effective role of Zakat and its institutions in the management of such crises if this ritual receives its status, as well as the possibility of benefiting from the institutions set up within its framework; and use them effectively and continuously.

The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the three lines of defense model in raising the performance of the external auditor. In order to serve the purpose of the study, we elaborated and distributed to 51 electronic surveys, where the analysis process was done through the Smart-PLS software by using the partial least squares technique for its suitability and the data of the study. The importance of this study stems from highlighting the importance of activating the three lines of defense model in enhancing the role of the external auditor, in addition to drawing the attention of professionals to the importance of understanding the components of the model and how they affect the performance of external audits. The study concluded that the Three Lines of Defense model provides a simple and effective way to enhance risk management and control communications by clarifying essential roles and duties
الهندسة المالية ودورها في إدارة المخاطر دراسة حالة البنك الفرنسي Bnp Paribas للفترة(2005-2019)

This study aims at shedding light on the role of financial engineering in risk management. We took BNP PARIBAS Bank for the period (2005-2019) as a case study since it uses the financial engineering invented tools such as integration and financial derivatives to cover the risks. Through Excel software for data analysis, findings show that the usage of the financial tools used in the coverage has a strong reverse effect on the costs of financial risks.

This study aims to know how to apply follow-up procedures and their repercussions on improving tax collection or not, in the Tax Directorate of the State of Illizi, during the extended period (2014- 202) in light of the reluctance of some taxpayers to pay their tax dues. Where the study concluded with the ineffectiveness and stability of forced collection for several reasons, including the difficulty of applying all follow-up procedures and limiting them to alerting and notifying what is owed by others (ATD), and the large size of the collection remains, as well as those related to the negative behavior of the taxpayer, which was confirmed by the Accounting Council in Its annual report for the year 2018.

أثر برامج الدعم التنموية على القطاع الزراعي والأمن الغذائي في الجزائر

هدفت الدراسة الى التعريف بأهم برامج الدعم والتمويل الزراعي، وتحليل أثرها على أداء القطاع، وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر بالتركيز على عدة مؤشرات تشرح كلا المتغيرين، وقد توصلنا الى أنه كلما كان الأداء الزراعي جيد كانت مؤشرات الأمن الغذاء جيدة، والعكس صحيح، وأن البرامج التمويلية كان لها تأثير إيجابي على بعض المنتجات الزراعية على عكس شعبة القمح الذي يبقى تحقيق الأمن الغذائي مرهونا بها. The study aimed at introducing the most important agricultural support and financing programs, analyzing their impact on the performance of the sector, and achieving food security in Algeria by focusing on several indicators that explain both variables. The financing programs have had a positive impact on some agricultural products, in contrast to the wheat sector, on which the achievement of food security remains dependent.

عوامل الربحية الداخلية في المصارف الاسلامية بالمملكة العربية السعودية باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الموزع Ardl

This paper discusses the internal factors affecting the profitability of Islamic banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the period 2004-2019. To analyze the data collected from four Islamic banks (Al-Rajhi, Al-Bilad, AlJazira, and Al-Inma), the ARDL autoregressive distributed delay model was used in order to understand those factors affecting the profitability of Islamic banking in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Profitability factors in the Islamic banks under study were determined, such as total liquid assets, capital adequacy ratio, rate of return on investment, and their impact on profitability. The result of this study showed that the total liquid assets and the rate of return on investment are positively related to profitability in Islamic banks in the long term, while the short-term estimate shows that the capital adequacy ratio and the liquid assets variables have a significant positive impact on the return on assets index.

The study concluded that the reports of the Global Initiative (GRI) reflect the results of measuring the social and environmental contributions of the company, as they provide companies with a common language for measuring and disclosing their global performance to all stakeholders, so campanies can maximize shareholder value and provide the best service to customers in the context of contributing to social development and environmental preservation.
فرص الاستفادة من المالية الإسلامية في تمويل برامج التنمية في الجزائر

الأهمية الاقتصادية للسياحة في الجزائر في ظل التوجه نحو التنويع الاقتصادي

تتناول هذه المقالة الأهمية الاقتصادية للسياحة في الجزائر في ظل التوجه نحو التنويع الاقتصادي، وذلك من خلال استعراض مساهمة هذا القطاع في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي و التشغيل و مساهمتها النسبية في الصادرات الإجمالية للجزائر خلال الفترة 2016-2019 ، وذلك بعد توجه السلطات العمومية نحو إستراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادي خارج المحروقات، وقد خلص البحث إلى ضعف مساهمة القطاع في معظم المؤشرات الاقتصادية المدروسة بالرغم من الإمكانات المتنوعة التي تتمتع بها السياحة في الجزائر وهذا ما يقلل دورها في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي في الوقت الراهن. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأهمية الاقتصادية للسياحة ؛ التنويع الاقتصادي ؛ المؤشرات الاقتصادية ؛ الميزان السياحي This article deals with the economic importance of tourism in Algeria in light of the trend towards economic diversification, by reviewing the contribution of this sector to the Gross Domestic Product and employment and its relative contribution to the total exports of Algeria during the period 2016- 2019, after the shift of public authorities towards a strategy of economic diversification Outside of hydrocarbons. The research concluded that the sector's contribution to most of the studied economic indicators is weak despite the diverse capabilities that tourism enjoys in Algeria, and this is what reduces its role in achieving economic diversification at the present time

This study aimed to determine the extent of the impact of the distance education system on effective time management. One hundred questionnaires distributed to the respondents electronically were analyzed to reach this goal. Partial least squares structural equation modeling using smartPLS4 was used to test the study hypotheses. The study results found a positive relationship between distance education and effective time management through the two dimensions of the effectiveness of electronic content and distance education tools. In contrast, the students' ability dimension did not affect effective time management.
