STRUCTURAL INVESTIGATIONS AND STRUCTURE-ACTIVITY RELATIONSHIPS IN A SERIE OF NEW ANTIBIOTIC 16- MEMBERED MACROLIDES
(university of eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-01-12) Maroua Fattouche1, Salah Belaidi1*, Touhami Lanez2
This study is fundamental research on the structure- activity relationships in 16-membred macrolides. It is based on the molecular modelling (molecular mechanics, molecular dynamics, distribution de Boltzmann, PM3, SAR,). We defined the structural motives intervening in antibiotic macrolide properties. The compounds substituted in positions (C2, C4, C8, and C15) are the most stables and the less stable is substituted in C12. The rokitamycine which has the most elevated value of partition coefficient: 3.06. This antibiotic is lipophilic, so it has good permeability across the biological membrane, better fixation on plasma proteins and elimination by metabolic route.

CHEMICAL QUALITY OF SOIL AND SEDIMENTS OF LAKE TOHO LOCATED IN THE DEPARTMENT OF MONO, SOUTH-WEST OF THE REPUBLIC OF BENIN
(university of eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-01-10) Dossou Thomas Emmanuel Hounkpevi1*, Waris Kéwouyèmi Chouti1, 2, Lyde Tometin1, 3, Jacques Fatombi3, Daouda Mama2
n order to assess the pollution status of the sediments in Lake Toho, soil and sediment samples were collected and analyzed using a spectrophotometer. pH values were measured using a HANNA pHmeter probe after sediment treatment. These values show that Lake Toho sediments are basic in the dry season and acidic in the rainy season. Nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus are present in high concentrations in the soils surrounding the lake and in the lake sediments. The same applies to heavy metals such as copper, zinc, lead, cadmium, and chromium in the sediments of the lake. These levels of nutrients and metals pose a significant threat to the aquatic organisms present in the lake. It is urgent to establish a management and control system for activities around the lake.

MAGNETIC ADSORBENT BASED ON CARBOXYMETHYL CELLULOSE FOR METHYLENE BLUE UPTAKE FROM AQUEOUS MEDIA
(university of eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-01-08) Tayeb Benhalima1, 2, Amina Sadi1, Hafida Ferfera-Harrar1
ross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose/Dextran sulfate (CMC/DS) magnetic nanocomposite beads, incorporating oxide iron nanoparticles (Fe3O4) via ionotropic gelation, were synthesized and characterized using FTIR, SEM/EDX, NanoSEM, XRD, TGA, and VSM. The addition of Fe3O4 imparted a porous structure, enhanced thermal stability, and superparamagnetic properties, facilitating efficient separation through an external magnetic field. Evaluated for methylene blue (MB) adsorption, the nanocomposites exhibited favorable pseudo-second-order kinetics, driven by chemisorption via electrostatic interactions. The Langmuir model described the adsorption isotherms, with a slightly reduced maximum equilibrium capacity (331 mg g-1) compared to the matrix (384 mg g-1). Demonstrating excellent reusability over five cycles, these magnetic nanocomposites present promising prospects for environmental remediation.

APPLICATION OF LASER IN A OPTICAL ASSEMBLY FOR CALCULATION OF DEFORMATIONS FOLLOWING THE X AND Y DIRECTIONS
(university of eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-01-06) Radouane Daira*, Boudjema Bouzid
We present the speckle interferometry method to determine the deformation of a piece. This method of holographic imaging using a CCD camera for simultaneous digital recording of two states object and reference. The reconstruction is obtained numerically. This latest method has the advantage of being simpler than the methods currently available, and it does not suffer the holographic configuration faults online. Furthermore, it is entirely digital and avoids heavy analysis after recording the hologram. This work was carried out in the laboratory HOLO 3 (optical metrology laboratory in Saint Louis. France) and it consists in controlling qualitatively and quantitatively the deformation of object by using a camera CCD connected to a computer equipped with software of Fringe Analysis
