    Corporate Social Responsibility Practices In Islamic Financial Institutions : The Difference Between An Islamic Bank And A Socially Responsible Bank

    The objective of this article is to make an empirical comparison between Islamic finance and Corporate Social Responsibility through a comparison of practices of two private banks active in Algeria,one that is an Islamic bank and the other which is a classical bank that is known for its social commitment. To this end, we opted for a documentary study with the aim of analysing the content and quality of the information contained in the annual activity reports of the two banks selected. The data was processed using the qualitative analysis software Nvivo. The results obtained showed that the behaviour of the two banks is almost similar, they take into consideration all CSR‟s dimensions with more or less significant proportions, Each bank gives a particular interest to one dimension in spite of the others.

    Evaluating The Combination Of Agriculture And Industry Sectors In The Province Of Bouira (north Algeria)

    Bouira is one of the Algerian states that has witnessed development in all fields during the last decade. After the isolation and economic and social impotence of the 1990s, Indeed, the area of agricultural land amounts to 66% of its total area. Every year, the state achieves agricultural production that meets local and even national demand. This is thanks to the natural qualifications consisting of a temperate climate and hydrographic network as well as human potential. We used field investigation and data analysis by using geographical systems from maps and graphs. We have shown that the local and national authorities have recently encouraged the development of industry in the state through the expansion of industrial real estate, the creation of an industrial park in Dira and the expansion of the industrial area in Oued El Bardi, with the aim of achieving social and economic development in the state and achieving sustainable development

    The Financial Developments Of The Maghreb Countries During Covid-19: Present Challenges And Future Horizons

    This study aims at showing the financial developments of the Maghreb countries during Covid-19 and the main challenges faced by these countries in their endeavor to improve their general financial circumstances. To answer the problematic of the study that revolves around knowing the financial developments of the Maghreb countries during Covid-19, we used the analytical descriptive method because it is the most suitable. We analyzed the statistics about the study topic in the light of the report on the horizons of the Arab economy published by the Arab Monetary Fund in 2021. Findings show that the general finance in these countries faces difficult challenges which affect the levels of deficiency and the general indebtedness. Moreover, despite the recovery from the effects of the pandemic, these countries face a geopolitical crisis caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine which had negative effects on the international economy. This makes it hard for these countries to handle the inflation that led to the rise of the food prices worldwide and the decrease of the purchasing power in a period that witnesses limited revenues and an increase in the public expenditure.

    Green Finance And The Sustainable Development Goals: A Review Of Some International Experiences

    Financial institutions show more interest in traditional energy projects (oil and gas) than green projects, mainly because there are still many risks associated with these new technologies and provide a lower rate of return, if we want to achieve the sustainable development goals, we need to open New green environment file; By financing green projects and expanding financing for investments that provide environmental benefits, through new financial instruments and new policies, such as green bonds; Green instruments; And green banks; Green banking; And financial technologies, community green funds, etc., which are known collectively as "green financing". In this study, green finance was addressed in some countries, in order to draw lessons from the successful experiences that can be applied in Algeria. These countries have made green finance a political priority, as they have formulated national action plans or "road maps" to transform the economy and the financial sector into a green economy and green finance.

    Occupational burnout is a common modern disease. There is no area of our contemporary life that we see laden with social contradictions and psychological pressures that, if continued, inevitably lead to a tragic result. Our study aims to clarify the relationship between job burnout and job performance. Among our findings is that job burnout is no longer only a psychological condition, but has negative repercussions on individuals’ behavior, attitudes and performance at work. The employees of the Regional Directorate Mobilis Bechar suffer from job burnout at a moderate rate, and job burnout has an impact on their performance

    أثر أسواق الأوراق المالية على معدلات النمو: دراسة مقارنة بين عينة من الدول العربية النفطية وغير النفطية

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر بورصات الأوراق المالية على النمو الاقتصادي في عينة من الدول العربية النفطية وغير النفطية خلال الفترة 2006-2018، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي وبالاعتماد على بيانات البانل وبأخذ معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي كمتغير تابع والقيمة السوقية، القيمة الإجمالية للأسهم المتداولة كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، معدل التضخم، وسعر النفط كمتغيرات مفسرة. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين القيمة السوقية ومعدل النمو في الدول العربية النفطية، بينما أثرت القيمة الإجمالية للأسهم المتداولة كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي إيجابا على النمو. أما في الدول العربية غير النفطية فقد أثرت القيمة الإجمالية للأسهم المتداولة كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي إيجابا على معدل النمو بينما لم يكن هناك تأثير للقيمة السوقية على معدل النمو. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير البورصات العربية بهدف زيادة معدل النمو.

    أثر الأداء اللوجستي على معدل تغطية الصادرات خارج المحروقات في الجزائر خلال الفترة من 2007 إلى 2019

    The study aims to analyze the impact between the logistical performance and the non-hydrocarbon exports coverage index for imports in Algeria during the period from 2007 to 2019, using the descriptive analytical approach by reviewing quantitative data and data from the World Bank and the Bank of Algeria, and the standard approach through estimation by the least squares method using the Eviews13 program,Where we relied in the model on three determinants as independent variables whose impact on the coverage rate was assumed as a dependent variable, namely: (the overall logistic performance index, the index of the country’s ports’ linkage with the world’s ports and the exchange rate). The study concluded that there is no relationship between the overall logistic performance index and the index of the country's ports' connection with the world's ports with the dependent variable,while the exchange rate had an opposite effect with the coverage rate in Algeria.

    أثر التسويق الإلكتروني على تحسين أداء المصارف الإسلامية الجزائرية -دراسة ميدانية على المصارف الإسلامية بولايتي عنابة والجزائر العاصمة

    هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر التسويق الإلكتروني في تحسين أداء المصارف الإسلامية الجزائرية، حيث طبقت هذه الدراسة على الموظفين الإداريين بمصرفي البركة والسلام بولايتي عنابة والجزائر العاصمة، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في 70 استبانة. وقد أظهرت الدراسة وجود أثر قوي للتسويق الإلكتروني على تحسين أداء المصارف الإسلامية الجزائرية، وتمثلت أهم التوصيات في ضرورة إيجاد حلول سريعة للمشاكل التي يعاني منها العملاء مع قنوات التسويق الإلكتروني بالمصارف الإسلامية قيد الدراسة لضمان تسويق خدماتها بشكل مستمر. This study aimed to identify the impact of e-marketing on improving the performance of Islamic banks in Algeria, where this study was applied to the administrative staff of Al Baraka and Al Salam banks in the states of Annaba and Algiers, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study was designed and distributed to the sample of the study represented by 70 questionnaires. The study showed a strong impact of emarketing on improving the performance of Islamic banks in Algeria, and the most important recommendations were the need to find quick solutions to the problems faced by customers with the emarketing channels of the Islamic banks under study to ensure the marketing of their services on an ongoing basis.

    أثر الجودة المؤسسية السياسية على جاذبية الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر للجزائر خلال الفترة (1996-2020)

    This research paper aims to investigate the impact of political institutional quality on attracting foreign direct investment to Algeria during the period (1996-2020), depending on the method of the Autoregressive Model with Decelerated or Distributed Time Gaps (ARDL), and using the governance indicators issued by the World Bank, which reflects the quality of the institutional political. After testing the study model, it was concluded that there is a long-term relationship between political institutional quality indicators and foreign direct investment flows, where the results showed the positive and important long-term effects of each of the political stability index, organizational quality, and corruption index on these flows, while the rule of law index negatively affects those flows. This is consistent with the study of (Pesaran, 2001 & all., PP. 289-326).

    أثر اللاجئين لدول الاتحاد الأوروبي على النمو الاقتصادي - دراسة قياسية (2000-2019)

    من خلال هذه الدراسة هدفنا إلى تبيين تأثير اللاجئين على النمو الاقتصادي لدول الاتحاد الاوربي من خلال دراسة قياسية معتمدين على بيانات سنوية للفترة الممتدة من 2000 إلى 2019، من خلال الاعتماد على متغيرين هما: معدل نمو نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي كمتغير تابع يمثل النمو الاقتصادي وعدد اللاجئين السنوي ممثلا للمتغير المستقل، وأوضحت النتائج أن نموذج التأثيرات الثابتة ملائم للدراسة، كما توصلنا إلى وجود أثر طويل الأجل وموجب لمؤشر عدد اللاجئين على معدل النمو، ووجود علاقة سببية طويلة الأجل وذات اتجاه واحد وهذا حسب اختباري التكامل المشترك والسببية Through this study, we aimed to show the impact of refugees on the economic growth of the EU States through a standard study based on annual data for the period 2000 to 2019, drawing on two variables: The rate of GDP per capita growth as a dependent variable represents the economic growth and the annual number of refugees represented by the independent variable. The results showed that the fixed-impact model was appropriate for the study, and we found a long-term and positive impact of the refugee population index on the growth rate and a long-term, one-way causal relationship, depending on the common integration and causation tests

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الدور الذي تلعبه عناصر المسؤولية المهنية للمدقق الداخلي في تحسين جودة محتوى التقارير المالية، وبغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، حيث تم تصميم استبانة لجميع البيانات المتعلقة بعناصر المسؤولية المهنية للمدقق الداخلي، وزعت على عينة من موظفي أقسام الرقابة والتدقيق والمحاسبة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية لولاية تبسة. توصلت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة ارتباط وأثر بين متغيرات الدراسة بصورة اجمالية أقوى بالمقارنة مع كل عنصر من عناصر المسؤولية المهنية. This research aims to identify the role played by the internal investigator's elements in improving the quality of financial reports, in order to determine the relative importance of each component. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive and analytical approach has been adopted, in which conclusions were reached, including a stronger correlation and impact between research variables in aggregate compared to each element of professional responsibility

    The study aimed to measure and analyze the impact of the size of the informal economy on the intermediate objectives of monetary policy in Algeria , which is considered one of the most important moneraty indicators, based on the descriptive approach and the analytical appoach, in addition to the quantitative approach to measure the impact of the size of the informal economy on the intermediate objectives of monetary policy using a set of standard forms (ECM, ARDL) using Eviews 10. The study concluded that the size of the informal economy in Algeria has negative effects on these goals, except for the real interest rate, which was not effected by the existence of this type of economy, whether in the short or long term

    الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية معرفة تأثير الانفتاح التجاري على قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من حيث العدد، وذلك بالنسبة للاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة 2001-2020، حاولنا إيجاد العلاقة بين كل من مؤشر الانفتاح التجاري وعدد المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة باستعمال نموذج الانحدار الخطي البسيط مع إدخال بعض التعديلات على النموذج المقدر. حيث تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين كل من مؤشر الانفتاح التجاري لسنتين السابقتين وعدد المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بنسبة تأثير 3.14%، يمكن لصانعي القرار الاستفادة من هذه النتائج في وضع سياسات للانفتاح التجاري على العالم الخارجي بما يساعد ويطور قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر The aim of this research paper is to know the impact of trade openness on the sector of small and medium enterprises in terms of number, for the Algerian economy during the period 2001-2020, where we tried to find the relationship between the trade openness index and the number of small and medium enterprises using a simple linear regression model. With some modifications to the estimated model. So we found a direct relationship between the trade openness index for the previous two years and the number of small and medium enterprises with an impact rate of 3.147939%. Therefore, decision makers can benefit from these results in developing policies for trade openness to the outside world in a way that helps and develops the small and medium enterprise sector in Algeria

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر ضغوط العمل في المؤسسات الاستشفائية على الرضا الوظيفي في ظل دخول المنظومة الصحية الجزائرية في مواجهة الموجة الرابعة من وباء كورونا، وللوصول إلى أدق النتائج اعتمد الباحثون على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية ضعيفة بين ضغوط العمل والرضا الوظيفي للعاملين، وكذا توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروقات في إجابات المبحوثين حول مستويات ضغوط العمل تعزى إلى متغيري المؤسسة وطبيعة ملكية المؤسسة، في حين توجد فروقات في إجابات المبحوثين حول مستويات الرضا الوظيفي تعزى إلى متغيري المؤسسة وطبيعة ملكية المؤسسة This study aims to determine the impact of work stress in hospital institutions on job satisfaction in light of the entry of the Algerian health system in the face of the fourth wave of the Corona epidemic. The study found that the financial leverage of the majority of the Arab Gulf financial markets under consideration, with the exception of the banking sector of the Bahraini stock market, which is bad news, caused more severe shocks than the good news.

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر مخرجات الابتكار (الإبداعية، المعرفية والتكنولوجية) على النمو الاقتصادي في عينة من الدول العربية خلال الفترة (2012-2020)، باستخدام نماذج بانل. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن النموذج الأفضل لتقدير نموذج بانل الساكن في دراستنا هو نموذج التأثيرات الثابتة، كما بينت النتائج وجود تأثير سلبي ومعنوي للمخرجات الإبداعية ومؤشر خلق المعرفة على النمو الاقتصادي، ووجود تأثير إيجابي ومعنوي لمؤشر تأثير المعرفة على النمو الاقتصادي. This study aimed is to investigate the impact of innovation outputs (creative, knowledge and technology) on economic growth in the Arab countries during the period (2012-2020), using static panel models.. The study concluded that the best model for estimating the static panel model in our study is the fixed effects model. The results also showed a negative and significant effect of creative outputs and the knowledge creation index on economic growth, and a positive and significant impact of the knowledge impact indicator on economic growth.

    This study aims to identify the impact of the exchange rate regime on Algeria's economic growth and to determine the nature of their relationship, based on a standard study using the ARDL model, and annual data for the Algerian economy covering the period (1980-2020), and also relied on the factual classification of (Ilzetzki Ethan, Carmen M. Reinhart and Kenneth Rogoff2019), and We have found that there is no significant relationship between Algeria's de facto exchange rate regime and economic growth, and a significant relationship between both investment, trade openness and final expenditures for government consumption and economic growth, that is, Algeria's exchange rate regime indirectly affects economic growth by influencing its determinants
