Belksier2The treatment of wastewater can be achieved collectively in the Allalik station in Annaba. Thus, the station provides a global wastewater treatment to ensure the sustainability of the ecosystem as a whole. The results obtained for the contamination on the Selenuim index (CI = 6.5) shows that the analyzed water is polluted by the Selenuim. For other parameters analyzed the values obtained for IC compliant. It can be seen from the Comparison between the quantity of polluting substances contained in the wastewater before and after treatment a sufficient diminution of this quantity of pollutants; therefore the use of this purified water in the natural environment does not degrade the latterItem CLOUD COMPUTING: A NEW ERA(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2018-05-01) S, NamasudraCloud computing is a new paradigm of Information Technology (IT), which allows users to access software, hardware and data from the cloud server. Cloud computing provides many services to the users. Nowadays, access control and security are two most critical problems with cloud computing. Access control can be defined as a procedure by which users can access data from the cloud server. At the time of accessing data, there are many problems, such as data security, high data accessing time, data loss, overhead, data redundancy, etc. Several access control models have been already developed based on attribute-based encryption. In the first part of this paper, a brief discussion of fundamentals of cloud computing are presented. Moreover, allthe issues of cloud computing are also discussed in this paper. Finally, future work directions have been identified for the cloud computing environment.Item DETECTION OF SPIROCERCA LUPIFROM DOGS IN YASUJ, SOUTH OF IRAN(university of eloued جامعة الوادي, 2018-05-01) A., Moshfe1; i, . Seifollahiknowledge management (KM) is a process that transforms individual knowledgeinto organizational knowledge.Knowledgeis information that is meaningful in cognitive forms such as understanding, awareness and ability .It is typically acquired by experience, information consumption, experimentation and thought processes such as imagination and critical thinking. communication and information technology(ICT) are technologies which facilitate the management to share knowledge and information .thus ,ICT have a prominent role on knowledge management initiatives. One of the key issues in KM is the role of communication and information technology. this is important from two points. the first is that ICT has played a central role in the primary literature of knowledge management. Second, ICT plays a prominent role in many early knowledge management initiatives. In thisarticle, the importance and role of information technology in knowledge management in organizations has been investigated and analyzed.Item IMPROVE A LEARNER: A SURVEY OF TRANSFER LEARNING(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2018-05-01) A., S. BaisTransfer learning is a subclass of machine learning, which uses training data (source), drawn from a diverse domain than that of the testing data (target). The real world is messy and contains an infinite range of novel eventualities. Transfer learning across different feature spaces is usually a tougher problem than Transfer Learning within the common feature space. This survey paper defines transfer learning to feature representation that maps the target domain to the source domains exploiting a set of meticulously manufactured features and applications to transfer learning. This paper systematically examines a feature based transfer techniques and reviews some current analysis on the topic of negative transferItem Journal of Fundamental and Applied Sciences is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. FLOWERING PLANTS PREFERRED BY NATIVE WILD BEES (HYMENOPTERA, APOIDEA, APIFORMES) IN THE ALGERIAN LITTORAL REGION(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2018-05-01) L, . Bendifallah1; F., J. Ortiz-Sánchez2This study considered the plant floral resources visited by native wild and honey bees in Algiers (northern Algeria). Three botanical families accounted for almost 2/3 of all visits: Asteraceae (44.1%), Boraginaceae (15.3%) and Brassicaceae (13%). Plants in other families were visitedless frequently (e.g.Ranunculaceae (0.1%)). At the species level, the most frequently visited plant was Anchusa azurea (Boraginaceae), reaching 15.2% of the total bee visitation. Our work showed that Apis mellifera Linnaeus, 1758 is, typically, a polylectic species and that the majority of solitary bees exhibited the more specialised trait of oligolectics. The narrowest trophic niche varied between 0.01 and 0.06 bits for Halictusrufipes (Fabricius, 1793), Halictus scabiosae (Rossi, 1790) (Halictidae), Osmia pinguis Pérez, 1895 and Osmia tricornis Linnaeus, 1811 (Megachilidae)
