Item The Achievements Of Bancassurance In Algeria: Analytical Vision On The Period 2008-2019(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-12-31) Guemmaz, SouhilThis paper aims to shed light on the quantitative achievements of Algerian bancassurance since its launch in 2008 until 2019.The study showed the slight impact of bancassurance in Algeria on the total turnover of the insurance market. This is due to the nature of the insurance products marketed by the banker. We also found through this paper that despite the efforts made by financial institutions to introduce bancassurance in Algeria, in light of the 2008 reforms. However, thinking about designing bancassurance products in line with the nature of banking activity has become a necessity, especially those related to savings contracts. Products can be segmented in terms of insurance pricing and advertising efforts are required. While not losing sight of conflict of interest between banks and insurance companies in this regard.Item Adjustment Of Sensitivity And Specificity Of Clinical Diagnostic Test Using Bayesian Analysis.(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2022-05-10) Talbi, FatihaThe Bayesian approach is a statistical analysis technique that integrates field-collected data and expert opinion into probability model. There is a direct link between Bayesian statistics and diagnostic tests daily used by clinicians. This link is Bay’s theorem for calculating the positive or negative predictive values of a diagnostic test. Consumers' e-commerce risks are higher than those of traditional commerce The consumer cannot inspect the commodity before ordering the purchase, leaving the electronic supplier to overlook the safety and security of the consumer by inspiring it with unreal advantages in its product Consumer is an imperative issue for the development and spread of e-commerce.Item Culture Du Risque De Change Et Sa Gestion Dans Les Banques Algériennes: Une étude Sur Un échantillon D'agences Bancaires De La Ville De Sétif -du Point De Vue De Ses Employés-(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-10-20) Babas, MouniraCette recherche vise à étudier la réalité de la culture du risque de change et des techniques de sa gestion dans les banques algériennes, où un échantillon de banques situées dans la ville de Sétif (8 banques) a été étudié; En analysant les résultats du questionnaire diffusé auprès de 40 cadres bancaires, il a été constaté que la culture de ces derniers sur le risque de change et ses techniques de gestion est très limitée, en particulier pour l'axe des techniques de gestion du risque de change, ce qui montrait que la plupart des personnes interrogées n'étaient pas familiarisées avec celles-ci. En effet, elle possède un potentiel touristique énorme qui peut donner naissance à une industrie touristique étendue et prospère. La mise en valeur de ses cotes littorales, ses montagnes, ses plaines, ses forêts et ses sources thermales et aussi de son Sahara et ses paysages multiples lui permutera de devenir une destination primordiale de tourisme balnéaire, saharien, culturel et thermal. Ne pouvant pas parler de tout le territoire Algérien et de toutes ses potentialités, nous avons jugé utile de porter notre choix sur trois différentes wilayas représentatives de ces types de tourisme. The study focuses on whether corruption affects growth and the type of this effect. The applied study is based on data from nineteen 19 Arab countries during the period from 2012 to 2021. To achieve its objective, the study uses static panel models estimated using STATA version 15. Through the Hausman test, when choosing a random effect model (REM), it is found that corruption harms economic growth. The result confirms the hypothesis that corruption is Sand on the Wheels, as it is sand that hinders investment and thus slows down economic growth.Item The Impact Of Entrepreneurship On Economic Growth In Industrialized Countries Covering 2001-2019(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) Mekhzoumi, Lotfi; Gharbi, HichemThis paper aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurship on economic growth, using GDP per person employed as dependent variable, and entrepreneurship computed by Total Early-Stage Entrepreneurial Activity (TEA), Financing for Entrepreneurs (FNCENT), and Government Entrepreneurship Programs (GEP) as independent variables; and other control variables. The data consists of 28 industrialized countriescovering 2001–2019. The estimation results of an augmented Solow panel data model of 28 industrialized countries covering 2001–2019, reached to a significantly negative impact only of (TEA) in the in static model. While the dynamic panel GMM estimation indicates a significantly negative impact of (TEA), and a significantly positive impact of (GEP).Item The Impact Of Organizational Communication On Human Resources Performance Into Algeria Post Corporation In Batna(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2021-06-30) Benharzallah, MouradOrganizational communication is effective when the managers ’message reaches from top to bottom, through the communication channel, clearly, enabling human resources to understand what is required of them and perform the work effectively, and when the upward communication channels are effective.This study investigates the impact plays by organizational communication through downward and upward communication in influencing employee performance components known as (AMO) i.e., Ability, Motivation, and Opportunity to perform in Algeria Post Corporation in Batna. The study findings show that upward communication has significant positive effects on human resources performance; however, the effect of downward organizational communication is stronger and more impactful on human resource performance than the effect of upward communication. Results confirmed both hypotheses.Item Impact Of Public Spending On Employment Rate In Algeria During The Period 1991-2022(جامعة الوادي University Of Eloued, 2024-01-25) Remache Ahlam Wafa; Zouari Ferhat SlimaneThis study aims to investigate the relationship between public spending and employment in Algeria during the period 1991-2022. Using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method, the study estimates the dynamic relationship between public spending, population growth, economic growth, and employment in the short and long run. Our empirical results found a significant negative relationship between population growth and employment in the short run and a significant positive relationship between population growth and employment in the long run. The study found also no significant effect of either public spending or economic growth on employment rates. This result suggests that public spending is not effective in employment policy.
