This research endeavors to elucidate the procedures associated with university promotions within the context of Maghreb universities. Given that the promotion process is intrinsic to the rights of the researching professor, its implications are far-reaching, contributing both directly and indirectly to the enhancement of university faculty performance and the elevation of teaching standards. Through a comprehensive examination and exploration of diverse promotion mechanisms across several Maghreb countries, this study unveils a spectrum of outcomes. Foremost among these findings is the notable disparity in promotion techniques and strategies adopted by different universities. This discrepancy can be attributed to the distinct professional environments in which faculty members operate, as well as the varying legislative frameworks governing this intricate process.
The Achievements Of Bancassurance In Algeria: Analytical Vision On The Period 2008-2019

This paper aims to shed light on the quantitative achievements of Algerian bancassurance since its launch in 2008 until 2019.The study showed the slight impact of bancassurance in Algeria on the total turnover of the insurance market. This is due to the nature of the insurance products marketed by the banker. We also found through this paper that despite the efforts made by financial institutions to introduce bancassurance in Algeria, in light of the 2008 reforms. However, thinking about designing bancassurance products in line with the nature of banking activity has become a necessity, especially those related to savings contracts. Products can be segmented in terms of insurance pricing and advertising efforts are required. While not losing sight of conflict of interest between banks and insurance companies in this regard.

The Bayesian approach is a statistical analysis technique that integrates field-collected data and expert opinion into probability model. There is a direct link between Bayesian statistics and diagnostic tests daily used by clinicians. This link is Bay’s theorem for calculating the positive or negative predictive values of a diagnostic test. To this end, we have tried to apply this approach for the analysis of the data relating to the diagnostic test concerning raised blood pressure (HTA).

The aim of this article is to show how the financing of the Algerian economy has evolved. To this end, we have adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, based on the Bank of Algeria's annual reports and a review of the various reforms implemented as part of financial liberalization. Nevertheless, given the fragilities and distortions that characterize its economy, the results are not commensurate with the reforms undertaken, and the country is still unable to diversify its sources of financing, which remain dependent on its hydrocarbon exports and a financial system that is still fragile and not sufficiently developed to meet its financial requirements

Analysing The Impact Of Quantitative Easing Policy

This study aims to examine the relationship between the Federal Reserve's Quantitative Easing policy and US sovereign debt valuation, focusing on the period from 1990 to 2022. Using a Vector Autoregressive (VAR) model, we analysed the dynamic interactions between key economic variables, including Treasury yields, QE amounts, GDP, inflation rates, and Federal Funds rates. The quantitative easing policies pursued by the US Federal Reserve have led to increased scrutiny of the debts of countries issuing reserve currencies. The US sovereign debt was significantly affected by these policies, but there has not been much work on the direct dynamics between QE policy and the value of sovereign debt for the US market. The study strives to contribute to the literature by estimating the US sovereign debt valuation reaction to changes in the balance sheet caused by the quantitative easing policy. Valuation of US sovereign debts is an important issue due to the influential role of US sovereign bonds in diverse international financial markets. Our findings indicate that large-scale asset purchases cause changes in U.S. sovereign debt bond prices and their valuation.

This inquiry delves into examining the analysis of the incorporation of circular economy practices within small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Saudi Arabia, concentrating on the influence of technological advancement, cultural dynamics, and economic aspects, along with the moderating function of leadership encouragement. The primary aim is to pinpoint the critical factors shaping the integration of sustainable practices in the SME sector and to comprehend the interplay of these factors within the context of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. A structured survey was dispersed among 222 SME leaders to collect information on their encounters and perspectives regarding embracing circular economy practices. The evaluation employed Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) for data analysis, a technique selected for its efficacy in comprehending intricate variable connections and model validation. The outcomes demonstrate that technological innovation significantly bolsters adopting circular economy practices, while cultural dynamics and economic factors also wield substantial influence. Leadership support emerged as a pivotal mediator, amplifying the beneficial effects of these factors. The study underscores the collaborative impact of leadership and technology as notably potent, proposing that the strategic assimilation of technology into business operations is imperative for surmounting cultural and economic obstacles. Drawing from these observations, the study advocates for SMEs to fortify their leadership capabilities to nurture an environment of innovation and sustainability. It suggests training initiatives centered on sustainability management and strategic decisionmaking to empower leaders to propel the efficient adoption of circular economy practices.
Culture Du Risque De Change Et Sa Gestion Dans Les Banques Algériennes

Cette recherche vise à étudier la réalité de la culture du risque de change et des techniques de sa gestion dans les banques algériennes, où un échantillon de banques situées dans la ville de Sétif (8 banques) a été étudié; En analysant les résultats du questionnaire diffusé auprès de 40 cadres bancaires, il a été constaté que la culture de ces derniers sur le risque de change et ses techniques de gestion est très limitée, en particulier pour l'axe des techniques de gestion du risque de change, ce qui montrait que la plupart des personnes interrogées n'étaient pas familiarisées avec celles-ci. Grâce au test statistique des hypothèses, l'hypothèse nulle a été acceptée que: Les cadres bancaires dans les banques étudiées n'ont pas de culture du risque de change et des techniques de sa gestion.

L’Algérie est aujourd’hui une destination touristique quasiment vierge qui n’a malheureusement pas été encore suffisamment exploitée contrairement aux autres pays du pourtour méditerranéen. En effet, elle possède un potentiel touristique énorme qui peut donner naissance à une industrie touristique étendue et prospère. La mise en valeur de ses cotes littorales, ses montagnes, ses plaines, ses forêts et ses sources thermales et aussi de son Sahara et ses paysages multiples lui permutera de devenir une destination primordiale de tourisme balnéaire, saharien, culturel et thermal. Ne pouvant pas parler de tout le territoire Algérien et de toutes ses potentialités, nous avons jugé utile de porter notre choix sur trois différentes wilayas représentatives de ces types de tourisme. Par conséquent, et vu la situation actuelle que traverse le pays sur le plan économique, le tourisme pour l'Algérie n’est plus un choix mais plutôt une réelle opportunité.
