The research deals with the relationship between the Modern scientific facts and the reasons behind it religious judgment. It try to indicate the importance of innovation in religious judgment through three steps: extracting, selecting and applying them and how they change because of current information . After that, the research takes some old /modern issues in which the religious judgments change due to new scientific data which were not available in the past. At the end, the research ends with some important results that scientific facts determine religious judgments

أحكام المبيدات الزراعية في الفقه الإسلامي

عالجت هذه الدراسة قضية من القضايا الراهنة؛ موسومة بـ: أحكام استعمال البيدات الزراعية في الفقه الإسلامي؛ والتي كان مرتكزها ومدارها حول الإشكال الآتي: ما موقف الفقه الإسلامي من استعمال البيدات الزراعية؟ وسعيا مني إلي الإجابة عنه؛ سطرت خطة من ثلاثة مباحث؛ أفصحت في أ ّولها عن ماهية المبيدات الزراعية؛ ُبغية إدراك كنهها، وإعطاء صورة متكاملة عنها؛ لأن الحكم على الشيء فرع عن تصوره، أما ثانيها؛ فمحضته لبيان الحكم العام للتداوي باستعمال البيدات الزراعية، وآخر الباحث؛ قمت فيه بتجلِية أحكام بعض الصور التعلقة باستعمال المبيدات الزراعية؛ نظرا لما يكتنف هذه الصور من خصوصية، أوجبت إفرادها بأحكام خاصة مغايرة لذاك الحكم العام. أسفرت الدراسة عن جملة من النتائج؛ أهمها: جواز استعمال المبيدات الزراعية في مكافحة الآفات الضرة بالحاصيل، مع ضرورة التقيد بشروطه، وإثراء للموضوع؛ أوصى الباحث بتوصيات؛ تجلت في ضرورة نشر الأحكام الفقهية الخاصة باستعمال المبيدات الزراعية بين الزارعين Abstract: This study addressed one of the current issues; entitled: Rulings of Using Agricultural Pesticides in Islamic Jurisprudence; which was focused and anchored around the following problematic: What is the islamic jurisprudence's situation on the use of agricultural pesticides? In seeking to answer it; I create up a plan of three sections; I disclosed Firstly about what an agricultural pesticides was; in order to perceive its essence and to give a full perception on it; because judging the thing is part of its conception, As for the second one; its purpose is to clarify the general Sharia provision of medication with using agricultural pesticides, In the last section; I illustrate the Sharia provisions of some cases related to the use of agricultural pesticides; Due to the specificity of these cases, which they are must be singled out with special provisions differ from that general Sharia provision. Among the study's main findings; Permissibility of using agricultural pesticides in controling pests harmful agricultural crops, according to its comply conditions, and for enriching this topic; the researcher submitted several recommendations Represented in the need to sensitize farmers on the jurisprudential rulings of agricultural pesticides using.

This research is about :"Jurisprudence judgments for the Electronic Exchange and studying virtual currency case by taking the bitcoin an example", It deals with the statement of the jurisprudential provisions relating to the conduct of exchange of gold, silver and various currencies through the means of modern communication, which is most commonly known as the modern global network of communication, or the so-called Internet with the reality of encrypted virtual currencies and governance and legal guidance. This research was divided into an introduction, three topics, and a conclusion. The first topic dealt with the contract of exchange in Islamic jurisprudence, its legitimacy, its rules and its general and special conditions. The second section deals with the truth about the electronic e-payment, its advantages and types, directly from it; such as through the means of communication that convey the word or convey the written or the exchange through means of payment of the electronic price and electronic money, or indirectly, such as through the stock exchange and electronic trading platforms, The type and extent of its response to the provisions of Sharia. The third section deals with the reality of the Bitcoin and the encrypted virtual currencies, indicating the nature of money in the Islamic jurisprudence, to save in the last to the adjustment of the jurisprudence of these currencies and governance and guidance to them. This research found that many of the direct e-forms of e-banking, or that are carried out across the stock exchange, do not comply with the terms and conditions of legitimate exchange.

This research treats an imoprtant medical modern subject which is « the wisdom of the benefit of the aborted and excess embryos in the scientific experiments and the organs transplants .However , it deals with the legal controls and judgments of this matter by giving the modern jurists’ points of views and their diligences In addition , this researsh deals with the matters touching this subject in order to give a clear Islamic view about these updates. Finally , this reseach is ended by imprtant results and recommmendates. Basides chosing the say that accepts the benefit of these embryos that takes into consideration certain and specific conditions .

This study is tagged with: "Scientific theft and mechanisms to combat it in Islamic theft and Algerian law", which was the main problem: "How effective are jurisprudence and legal mechanisms in combating and timiting scientific?", What I worked to answer was drawing up a dual-detective plan: I devoted the first to explaining the reality of scientific theft in terms of concept, the wisdom and wisdom of it, and the presentation of the words related to it and the summary of its most prominent images; While the second was concerned with examining its causes and depicting the damages resulting from it, and I concluded it by revealing the mechanisms used to reduce scientific theft, in an attempt by me to compare Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian law in all of the above. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the effective role played by Islamic law in curbing scientific theft; By establishing an ethical system that protects against such violations, the Algerian legislator recommended a number of measures in his quest to get rid of scientific thefts.
