ARDLقياس أثر البحث والتطوير التكنولوجي على النمو الاقتصادي على المدى البعيد في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990 - 2020 باستخدام منهجية

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى قياس أثر البحث والتطوير التكنولوجي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر على المدي البعيد خلال الفترة 1990 - 2020 وذلك باستخدام منهجية ARDL ، حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن طلبات تسجيل براءات الاختراع كان لها أثر إيجابي ومعنوي على النمو الاق تصادي في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة على المديين القريب والبعيد، وعلى العكس من ذلك، كان لعدد مخابر البحث العلمية تأثير سلبي وغير معنوي على النمو الاقتصادي سواء على المدى القريب أو البعيد. This research paper aims to measure the impact of research and technological development on economic growth in Algeria in the long-run during the period 1990-2020, using the ARDL methodology, as the results of the study showed that patent applications had a positive and significant impact on economic growth in Algeria during the study period. In the short and long term, on the contrary, the number of scientific research laboratories had a negative and insignificant impact on economic growth, whether in the short or long term .
Big data analytics for entrepreneurial orientation: Concepts, challenges and applications

The purpose of this study was to explore the processes leading to achieving entrepreneurial orientation through big data analytics. In doing so, we used the narrative approach to analyse thematically the key elements of the events, and because we found it useful in gathering, summarising, and synthesising several numbers of literature on these concepts and their practice. Therefore, we tried to provide readers with a comprehensive background for understanding current knowledge and highlighting the significance of research in understanding these cognate areas. As the results of the study, this review identified the knowledges on what is available on entrepreneurial orientation and big data analytics, thus helping to inform future research in this area, particularly important questions needed to be resolved to make this research area attractive.
Blockchain for Intelligent Grids Management: A Case Study for Various Projects and Initiatives

This article aims to integrate emergent blockchain technology with Intelligent Energy Management. The goal of this survey is to discuss the necessity of applying blockchain in different components of smart grids as well as Intelligent Energy Management, identify the challenges encountered by current solutions, and highlight the frameworks and techniques used to integrate blockchain with Intelligent Energy Management. The study is primarily based upon the secondary data. For this extant literature related to the topic from different databases, websites and other available sources were collected. To answer the research questions, a literature review was conducted. The articles were selected from evidence-based scientific databases such as Emerald, Sage Premier, ScienceDirect, Springer Open, and Google Scholar. we searched relevant literature using specific keywords, e.g., “Blockchain Technology,” “smart grids,” “Intelligent Energy Management,” “Electricity Distribution”. seventeen scholarly articles were selected by using exclusion and inclusion criteria and screening the relevant articles.
Impact du système d’information sur la conception du reporting de responsabilité sociétale : perceptions des entreprises

Aujourd’hui la disponibilité de l’information sociétale représente un enjeu majeur pour les entreprises dont les pratiques s’inscrivent dans une démarche de RSE. Il s’agit pour les entreprises de mettre à la disposition de leurs parties prenantes un reporting RSE retraçant l’ensemble des actions sociales et environnementales engagées. Une divulgation qui ne peut être réalisée sans l’existence d’un système d’information efficace. La présente communication vise à étudier les perceptions des entreprises sur le rôle joué par le système d’information dans la disponibilité de l’information sociétale. Pour notre enquête empirique nous nous sommes adressées à un échantillon constitué de 80 entreprises algériennes. Les résultats de l’enquête mettent en exergue que les systèmes d’information sont perçus par les entreprises interviewées comme source d’informations sociales et environnementales qui peuvent être consolidées dans le reporting de RSE. Abstract: Today the availability of societal information represents a major challenge for companies whose practices are part of a CSR approach. For companies, it is a question of providing their stakeholders with a CSR report retracing all the social and environmental actions undertaken. Disclosure that cannot be achieved without the existence of an effective information system. This paper studies the perceptions of companies on the role played by the information system in the availability of societal information. For our empirical survey we addressed a sample of 80 Algerian companies. The results of the survey highlight that information systems are perceived by the companies interviewed as a source of social and environmental information that can be consolidated in CSR reporting.
The impact of implementing artificial intelligence in digital marketing

Artificial intelligence is revolutionizing marketing activities, helping marketers increase the performance of their strategies and the satisfaction of their customers, by helping them take more effective decisions. The digital giants (Google, Facebook, Apple, and Amazon) were the first to invest heavily in AI in order to innovate and create new products and services using big data systems. Today, these massive ones are shaking the global economy and are worth hundreds of billions of dollars, and that makes them role models for other companies all over the world. The first purpose of this paper is to present the various artificial intelligences that could be used in marketing. The second is to demonstrate how these intelligences are implemented and especially their impact, and the last is to provide an overview of the current situation of artificial intelligence in Algeria. Résumé: intelligence artificielle révolutionne les activités du marketing, en aidant les marqueteurs à améliorer la performance de leurs stratégies ainsi que la satisfaction client, cela en les aidant à prendre des décisions efficaces. Les géants digitaux (Google, Facebook, Apple et Amazone), étaient les premiers à investir lourdement dans l’intelligence artificielle dans le but d’innover et créer de nouveaux produits et services en utilisant les systèmes big data. Aujourd’hui, ces géants sont en train de bouleverser l’économie mondiale et qui valent des centaines de milliards de dollars. Chose qui fait de ces géants un modèle à suivre pour toutes les entreprises dans le monde entier. Le premier but de ce papier, est de présenter les différentes intelligences artificielles qui pourraient être utilisées en marketing. Le deuxième but est de démontrer comment ces intelligences artificielles sont déployées et spécialement leur impact, et le dernier est de donner un aperçu sur la situation actuelle de l’intelligence artificielle en Algérie.

The research aims to study the effect of using cloud computing on the quality of accounting information and its reflection on the development of international financial reports. The research study the general framework for applying cloud computing and the most important advantages and risks faced by that apply in general and in the accounting field in particular, and to expose the impact of applying cloud computing on the quality of accounting information. We concluded that despite the benefits of cloud computing in the field of accounting, which affects the quality of accounting information and the speed of access to it, there are risks from that application, risks related to physical capabilities, and the lack of laws and legislation in this regard, or security and confidentiality, risks of information as a result of procedural gaps in the application or risks related to the practical qualification of those in charge of application.

Cette étude vise à clarifier le rôle des Fintech qui représentent l'ensemble des sociétés qui interviennent dans le domaine de la finance, en s’appuyant sur les nouvelles technologies, afin de faciliter les transactions entre les investisseurs et les porteurs de projets qui n’ont pas accès aux services bancaires en particulier, par les plateformes de crowdfunding qui sont considérées comme faisant partie du phénomène des Fintech. Ces nouveaux services concurrencent les segments de la banque traditionnelle en proposant des services à la portée des personnes par des moyens de paiement dématérialisés comme le smartphone. L’étude a conclu suite aux statistiques du baromètre de crowdfunding en France pendant 2020, qui reflètent l'évolution de l'utilisation des services financiers via les plateformes de crowdfunding, pour répondre aux besoins des particuliers et des entreprises, notamment pendant le confinement de la pandémie COVID-19 Abstract: This study aims to clarify the role of FinTech’s, which represent all companies operating in the field of finance, based on NTIC, in order to facilitate transactions between investors who do not have access to financial services banks in particular, by crowdfunding platforms which have proven to be part of the Fintech phenomenon. These new services compete with traditional banking segments by offering services within reach of people through dematerialized means of payment such as smartphones. Les technologies de l’information et de la communication et l’e-service pour lutter contre la propagation de la COVID-19 « Etude de cas des applications numériques d’Algérie Poste El-Taref

Résumé: Cette étude vise à découvrir le rôle des technologies de l’information et l’e-service dans la lutte contre la propagation de la COVID19, à la base d’un questionnaire, une enquête a été réalisée auprès d’un échantillon des utilisateurs d’applications numériques d’Algérie Poste EL-Taref. Un total de 150 questionnaires ont été remplis, les informations issues de cette enquête ont été analysés par le logiciel SPSS V22. Les résultats obtenus ont indiqué que les technologies de l’information et l’e-service jouent un rôle crucial dans la lutte contre la propagation de la COVID19, ainsi que les utilisateurs d’applications numériques de l’Algérie Poste ont recommandé vivement le recours à la technologie pour faire face au virus. Une série de recommandations ont été fournies pour but d’amplifier les profits d’exploitation de ces applications numériques face à la COVID19. Abstract: This study aims to discover the role of information technology and e-service in the fight against the spread of COVID19, based on a questionnaire, a survey was conducted among a sample of users of digital applications of Algeria Poste EL-Taref. A total of 150 questionnaires were completed, the information from this survey was analysed by the SPSS V22 software The results obtained indicated that information technology and e-service play a crucial role in combating the spread of COVID19, as well as the users of digital applications of Algeria Post strongly recommended the use of technology to cope with the virus. A series of recommendations have been provided to amplify the operating profits of these digital applications in the face of COVID19.
Modélisation et l’analyse dans le domaine de l’assurance en utilisant les techniques de Datamining

En règle générale, des méthodes de classification de Data Mining (la technique des arbres de décision) sont utilisés dans la modélisation de la fréquence des sinistres et la détermination du coût de ces derniers Cette technique nous l’avons appliqué sur les données recueillies auprès de la Société Algérienne d’Assurance (SAA), après une étude théorique de l’assurance et la branche automobile, et la présentation de quelques notions de base de Datamining. In this article, we are interested in the elements that explain the number of declared accidents. Typically, data mining classification methods (the decision tree technique) are used in claims frequency modeling and cost determination of claims, we applied this technique to the data collected from the Algerian Insurance Company (SAA), after a theoretical study of insurance and the automobile branch, and the presentation of some basic notions of Datamining.

The Role of Small and Medium Enterprises in Achieving Sustainable Development of Drinking Water Purification

Sustainable development represents one of the effective approaches to evaluate performance improvement, as it represents a vital production of its requirements and the most effective element. Therefore, sustainable development is the essence of performance, and there is no performance improvement without sustainable development. The results indicated a lack of concern in the sustainable development process, which was reflected in the organization’s performance and the absence of coordination between administrations and environmental actors, in addition to poor environmental awareness among many social strata resulting in absence of a continuous environmental evaluation, down to the low level of environmental performance. It was also found that most of the enterprises owners are those whose ages range from 20 to 50 years, which indicated that the conducted enterprises are not constrained to a specific age. It is also found that marketing problems have achieved (3.236) with a relative weight of (64.7%) indicating the sample approval on-axis average. The statements' means ranged between (2.94-3.54) with relative weight (58.8%-70.8%) and those percentages showed the study sample's approval on the phrases in an average level concerning the marketing problems.
Un aperçu sur le e-commerce en Algérie On overview on e-commerce in Algeria

Résumé : Le présent document a pour objet d’identifier les tendances actuelles du e-commerce en Algérie, en permettant de donner une idée sur l’environnement de cette activité. Afin d’atteindre cet objectif, nous avons suivi une approche exploratoire par laquelle nous avons adopté l’entretien centré comme outil de recherche en vue d’obtenir le maximum d’informations. Notre analyse des résultats a révélé que l’environnement algérien du e-commerce malgré ses obstacles différents sur le plan technologique, économique, et légal offre quelques opportunités et garantit un avenir prometteur. Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to identify the current trends of e-commerce in Algeria, allowing to give an idea on the environment of this trade. In order to achieve this objective, we have followed an exploratory approach by which we adopted the focused interview as a research tool in order to obtain a maximum of information. Our analysis of the results revealed that the Algerian environment of the e-commerce in spite of its different obstacles on the technological, economic, and legal level, it offers some opportunities and it guarantees a promising future for this discipline.
أثر البلوك تشين على التجارة العالمية

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تطبيق تقنية البلوك تشين على عمليات التجارة الخارجية، وهذا من خلال التطرق الى المفاهيم المختلفة المتعلقة بتقنية البلوك تشين، وآثار تطبيقات هذه التقنية في عمليات التجارة العالمية على تسهيل وتيسير هذه الأخيرة. وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أن تقنية البلوك تشين يمكن أن تسهل عمليات تمويل التجارة العالمية خاصة منها تقنية الاعتماد المستندي، كما أنها تس رع المعاملات التجارية، وتخفض التكاليف للشركات في جميع أنحاء العالم، كما تمنح مزيدا من الشفافية والكفاءة والمساءلة للشركات وتوفر قدرا أكبر من الثقة والشفافية بين الأطراف المتعاقدة . Abstract: The study aimed to know the impact of the application of blockchain technology on international trade operations, by addressing the various concepts related to blockchain technology, and the effects of the applications of this technology in international trade operations. The results of the study showed that blockchain technology can facilitate international trade financing processes, especially documentary credit, and it also speeds up commercial transactions, reduces costs for companies around the world, gives more transparency, efficiency and accountability to companies and provides greater confidence and transparency between contracting parties.

This study examines the effects of financial technology on the activities of financial markets by focusing on the topics of algorithmic trading (AT) and cybercrime. Where the paper focuses on testing the pricing efficiency in the Turkish stock market before and after the adoption of the BISTECH technology transformation program. , GPH statistic, and RH statistic. Where the results of the study showed weak evidence for the existence of the long-memory feature in the level of returns of the Turkish stock market after BISTECH, and this is in contrast to the absolute value of returns and returns square, which indicates the efficiency of this market at the weak level.
