    دور المؤسسات والهيئات الداعمة للصادرات خارج المحروقات

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المؤسسات التي أنشأتها الدولة الجزائرية لدعم الصادرات خارج المحروقات وترقية تجارتها الخارجية، و تنويع اقتصادها الذي يعتمد أساسا على الإيرادات النفطية، في ظل مخطط الإنعاش الاقتصادي 2020/2024 الذي أطلقه رئيس الجمهورية بعد الركود الذي شهده الاقتصاد الجزائري جراء جائحة كورونا (كوفيد 19)، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك حدوث انتعاش في نمو الاقتصاد الجزائري الذي بلغ 4.1 % سنة 2023 ، مع تسجيل فائض في الميزان التجاري بلغ أكثر من 18 مليار دولار لنفس السنة، وذلك لتحسن ظروف التصدير وكذا الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه هذه الهيئات والمؤسسات على غرار الصندوق الخاص لترقية الصادرات والشركة الوطنية للمعارض والتصدير "صافكس"؛ This study aims to highlight the role of the institutions established by the Algerian state to support non-hydrocarbon exports, promote its foreign trade, and diversify its economy, which depends mainly on oil revenues, in light of the 2020/2024 economic recovery plan; Which was launched by the President of the Republic after the recession that the Algerian economy witnessed as a result of the Corona pandemic (Covid 19). The study concluded that there was a recovery in the growth of the Algerian economy, which reached 4.1% in 2023, with a surplus recorded in the trade balance that amounted to more than 18 billion dollars ; This is to improve export conditions, as well as the effective role played by these bodies and institutions, such as the Special Fund for the Promotion of Exports and the National Exhibition and Export Company “SAFEX”;
