    تبحثُ هذه الدِّراسةُ، مسألة من المسائل الفِقهيَّة الـمُهِمَّة في كتاب الجنائز، التي كَثُرَ فيها الخِلاف، وصارت ظاهرة مُستفحلة في الأوساط العِلميَّة والعامَّة، وهي: حُكم القِيام عند مرور الجنازة. فجاءت هذه الورقات لتُبيِّن أقوال العلماء في هذه المسألة، وأبرز الأدلَّة التي استَنَدَ إليها كلُّ فريقٍ منهم، ثمَّ مناقشة تلك الأدلَّة مناقشةً عِلميَّةً، للخُلوص إلى القول الرَّاجح في المسألةِ، وهذا بقَصْد انصاف المذاهب الـمَتبوعة، والتَّخفيف من التَّعصُّب للأشخاصِ. This study examines one of the important doctrinal issues in the funerals book, where the controversy abounded. These papers came to illustrate the statements of scientists in this matter, and highlighted the evidence on which each team was based, and then discuss the evidence scientific discussion, to conclude the preponderance of the matter, and this with a view to redress the doctrines followed, and reduce the intolerance of people.
