Actually, it studies the types of binaries mentioned in this Sura, and to highlights the nature of the relationship that connected the towends of these binaries and study them. This research consisted of an introduction and three research parts. In fact, the introduction included the definition of binaries and the types and characteristics of the introduction included the definition of this Sura. Then the body contents of the binaries of contrast and homogeneous. Thus, we concluded our research in Summarizing detailed in this research. As we have shown the most important results reached, including: -The contrasting dichotomies in Al-Rahman Sura took several forms, the form may be between two subjects and derive the latter from the Sura and its overall contexts -The homogenous diodes in turn took several forms at different levels, at the level of words such as genus, and at the level of letters, texts and sound, ]through harmony and consistency in Rahman Surat[. " This study deals with the subject of the criminal responsibility of the doctor in the field of plastic surgery, by knowing the position of Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian positive law in this type of surgery. The importance of the topic is as follows:  Identify the criminal responsibility of the surgeon.  It is considered that the doctor has a great place in society derived from the trust of individuals.  Learn about the rule of plastic surgery. The problem was as follows: How did Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian legislation deal with the criminal responsibility of the doctor for cosmetic operations? This problem has been addressed through two chapters: the first chapter is devoted to the study of the criminal responsibility of the doctor for plastic surgery in Islamic jurisprudence, through a definition of the criminal responsibility of the doctor and cosmetic operations in Islamic law, and a statement of its provisions. In the second chapter, we devoted it to studying the criminal responsibility of the doctor for plastic surgery in Algerian law, through the definition of the criminal responsibility of the doctor and cosmetic operations in Algerian law, a statement of the elements of responsibility, and a statement of the types of plastic surgery and their effects. One of the main findings we reached through this study is the agreement of Algerian law and Islamic law regarding the conditions of criminal liability, and the doctor is criminally liable for every mistake he commits while carrying out medical work. We also found that the ruling on cosmetic operations if the significance of performing them is to remove a defect, this is permissible, and if it is intended just to increase the beauty and replace the creation of God - Almighty - it is not permissible to perform this operation. In this study, we propose to expand it through doctoral theses, and the Algerian legislator should enact special legislation regulating this type of responsibility, and regulating cosmetic operations in a special text." 1
