    "الملخص تأتي هذه الدراسة كمعالجة لإشكالية الهجرة غير الشرعية في الجزائر ومدى نجاعة الآليات الوطنية والدولية في مكافحتها؟، ولعل الدافع وراءها هو أهمية موضوع الهجرة غير الشرعية خصوصا بعد استفحالها في الجزائر وتحولها من بلد عبور إلى بلد استقرار، واعتمادا على منهج تحليلي علمي، تهدف الدراسة إلى بحث مختلف المؤشرات المرتبطة بهذه الظاهرة، والاستراتيجيات المعدة لمحاربتها. فالجزائر وكغيرها من الدول التي تعاني من آثار هذه الظاهرة رصدت إمكانيات مادية وبشرية ضخمة في إطار محاربة الهجرة غير الشرعية، خاصة وأن هذه الظاهرة أخذت أبعادا خطيرة نتيجة للانعكاسات السلبية سوى الاجتماعية دون نسيان الجانب الأمنية والاقتصادية المترتبة عنها، والتي أثبتت التجارب العملية استحالة القضاء عليها إلا من خلال التنسيق والتعاون وتقارب الرؤى بين مختلف الدول المعنية بالظاهرة، سواء كانت دول مصدر، أو عبور أو دولة مستقبلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الهجرة غير الشرعية، المهاجرون، آليات المكافحة، الاتفاقيات الدولية "" Abstract This study comes as a treatment of the problem of illegal immigration in Algeria and the extent of the effectiveness of national and international mechanisms in combating it ?, Perhaps the motivation behind it is the importance of the issue of illegal immigration, especially after its exacerbation in Algeria and its transformation from a transit country to a country of stability, and based on a scientific analytical approach, the study aims to research The various indicators associated with this phenomenon, and the strategies designed to combat it. Algeria, like other countries suffering from the effects of this phenomenon, has monitored huge material and human potentials in the context of combating illegal immigration, especially since this phenomenon took dangerous dimensions as a result of the negative social, health, political, security, and economic repercussions resulting from it, which practical experiences have shown the impossibility of eliminating it. Except through coordination, cooperation, and convergence of visions between the various countries concerned with the phenomenon, whether they are source, transit or receiving countries.
