" Summary in English: Investment contracts are considered effective means of developing the economy of countries aimed at encouraging foreign investment between host countries and foreign investors, so that they have a special nature that distinguishes them from the rest of the contracts for the lack of equality of the legal positions of the parties, and this caused a dispute over the law applicable to these contracts, so that some jurisprudence is directed to adopt the right to apply the national law of the host country as the most relevant to the contract, as well as for the sovereign considerations of these host countries. Others went to a range of legal systems in an attempt to remove these contracts from the national rule of law of host countries on the grounds that these national laws are inefficient, as well as in order to protect foreign investors, most of whom belong to developed countries. " This study deals with the subject of the criminal responsibility of the doctor in the field of plastic surgery, by knowing the position of Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian positive law in this type of surgery. The importance of the topic is as follows:  Identify the criminal responsibility of the surgeon.  It is considered that the doctor has a great place in society derived from the trust of individuals.  Learn about the rule of plastic surgery. The problem was as follows: How did Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian legislation deal with the criminal responsibility of the doctor for cosmetic operations? This problem has been addressed through two chapters: the first chapter is devoted to the study of the criminal responsibility of the doctor for plastic surgery in Islamic jurisprudence, through a definition of the criminal responsibility of the doctor and cosmetic operations in Islamic law, and a statement of its provisions. In the second chapter, we devoted it to studying the criminal responsibility of the doctor for plastic surgery in Algerian law, through the definition of the criminal responsibility of the doctor and cosmetic operations in Algerian law, a statement of the elements of responsibility, and a statement of the types of plastic surgery and their effects. One of the main findings we reached through this study is the agreement of Algerian law and Islamic law regarding the conditions of criminal liability, and the doctor is criminally liable for every mistake he commits while carrying out medical work. We also found that the ruling on cosmetic operations if the significance of performing them is to remove a defect, this is permissible, and if it is intended just to increase the beauty and replace the creation of God - Almighty - it is not permissible to perform this operation. In this study, we propose to expand it through doctoral theses, and the Algerian legislator should enact special legislation regulating this type of responsibility, and regulating cosmetic operations in a special text." 1

Les défauts de rotor dans les machines asynchrones peuvent entraîner une dégradation des performances et des pannes imprévues. L'étude utilise l'analyse du courant harmonique comme outil de diagnostic pour détecter et identifier les défauts de rotor. Diverses techniques de diagnostic, telles que l'analyse spectrale et la transformée de Fourier rapide (FFT), sont utilisées pour analyser le contenu harmonique de la forme d'onde du courant. Les résultats expérimentaux et les études de cas démontrent l'efficacité de l'analyse du courant harmonique dans le diagnostic de différents types de défauts de rotor, tels que les barres de rotor cassées ou les enroulements de rotor court-circuités. L'étude met en évidence le potentiel de l'analyse du courant harmonique en tant que technique de diagnostic non invasive et rentable pour détecter les défauts de rotor dans les machines asynchrones, avec des implications pour une maintenance et des performances améliorées dans les applications industrielles.
