    علاقة فاعلية الذات والمساندة الاجتماعية بالملاءمة العلاجية لدى الراشدين المصابين بمرض السيلياك

    هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن علاقة الملاءمة العلاجية لدى الراشدين المصابين بمرض السيلياك بكل من فاعلية الذات والمساندة الاجتماعية، وذلك على عينة قدرت بـ (110) مريض تم اختيارهم وفق أسلوب العينة العشوائية، وخلصت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية للملاءمة العلاجية بمتغيري البحث، حيث بلغ معامل الارتباط بيرسون (0.86 - ) بالنسبة لفاعلية الذات في حين قدر بـ (0.89-) بالنسبة للمساندة الاجتماعية المدركة . Abstract:. The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between therapeutic adherence in adults with celiac disease and both self-efficacy and social support, using a sample of (110) patients selected using a random sampling method. The results showed a strong correlation between therapeutic adherence and the research variables, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of (-0.86) for self-efficacy and (-0.89) for perceived social support.
