This study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management on administrative decision-making at the University of Tripoli from the point of view of employees. From the directors, deans and heads of departments in the university and colleges administration, who are (100) singles, and given the small size of the study community, the researchers adopted a comprehensive survey method so the researchers distributed (100), and retrieved (87) a form suitable for analysis. The study applied to it .spss statistical using the statistical packages program, the most important results of the study: A study showed a statistically significant impact of knowledge management with its dimensions on administrative decision-making, where the impact rate reached (32.6%) Unless affecting another effect, B The study concludes that there is a statistically significant effect of creating knowledge on administrative decision-making, the impact rate (11%) Unless influencing another influencer. The study showed that there is a statistically significant effect of gaining knowledge on administrative decision-making, as the impact rate reached (7.8%) unless another influencer affected.
