    التربية على المواطنة الرقمية وتطبيقاتها في المناهج الدراسية

    إن الاستخدام والتعامل غير الرشيد للتكنولوجيا، أصبح مشكلة رئيسية في مدارسنا، وقد أصبحت هذه المشكلة حديث وجدلا على الصفحات الرسمية في الصحف المختلفة بين الاستخدام السيئ للأطفال للكمبيوتر، التكنولوجيا تتحدى المعلمين في المدارس، الاستخدام غير المناسب للأجهزة المحمولة، لكن من جهة أخرى أكد تربويون ومتخصصون في علم الاجتماع أهمية تدريس قيم ومبادئ المواطنة الرقمية لأبناءنا، إذ شعر البعض من الآباء والأمهات بتأثير الانفتاح الرقمي على أبنائهم، وهو الأمر الذي أدى إلى دخول مفهوم جديد باسم «التربية الرقمية» أو ما يسمى بالمواطنة الرقمية ، هذا كله من أجل تكوين مواطن رقمي فعال، لكن تبقى مناهجنا هل هي مبنية على هذا الطرح أم لا ، ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنحاول الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية : ما المقصود بالمواطنة الرقمية؟ وماذا يستطيع أن يفعله التربويون حول ت ا زيد المشكلات الناتجة عن استخدام التكنولوجيا؟ وعليه جاءت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مصطلح المواطنة الرقمية ، وأهم المعايير التربوية التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها في غرس قيم هذه المواطنة، وكيفية يمكن تطبيقها في المناهج الدراسية من خلال مراجعة الأدبيات المرتبطة بهذه المعايير وتلك التطبيقات The use and irrationality of technology has become a major problem in our schools. This problem has become a modern and controversial issue on the official pages of the various newspapers between the bad use of computers, technology challenging teachers in schools, inappropriate use of mobile devices On the other hand, educators and sociologists stressed the importance of teaching the values and principles of digital citizenship to our children. Some parents felt the impact of digital openness on their children, which led to the introduction of a new concept of "digital education" or so-called digital citizenship. All in order to form an effective digital citizen, but our curricula remain based on this thesis or not, and through this paper we will try to answer the following questions : What is digital citizenship? What can educators do about the growing problems of using technology? This study is aimed at identifying the concept of digital citizenship, the most important educational criteria that can be used to instill the values of this citizenship, and how it can be applied in the curriculum by reviewing the literature related to these standards and applications
