    اتخذت الجزائر عديد الصيغ التمويلية للقطاع الفلاحي منذ العهد الاشتراكي إلى ما بعد الانفتاح ولعل السنوات الماضية أبانت عن رغبة الدولة الجزائرية في تنويع هذه الأنماط بداية من الدعم المباشر والموجه من قبل الحكومة عبر البنوك العمومية وهو ما يظهر من خلال قرض التحدي وقرض الرفيق كما يظهر من خلال الدعم والتمويل غير المباشر عبر الوكالات والصناديق المنشأة حديثا وهنا نستحضر وكالات دعم تشغيل وتمويل الشباب المختلفة. بالإضافة أنها أقرت لصالح الفلاح إعفاءات جبائية وتسهيلات ضريبية. إلا أن ذلك اصطدم بعديد العراقيل والمشاكل منها ما تعلق بالإجراءات البنكية التقليدية او البيروقراطية الأدراية وأخرى تتعلق باعتماد خزينة الدولة كمول رئيسي وأخرى تتعلق بثقافة الفلاح الجزائري. Algeria has taken many forms of funding for the agricultural sector since the socialist era, after the opening. The past years have shown the desire of the Algerian state to diversify these patterns from the direct support directed by the government through the public banks, which is shown through the challenge loan and the companion loan. It appears through indirect funding and support through newly established agencies and funds. In addition, it approved for the benefit of the peasant tax exemptions and tax facilities. However, this has encountered many obstacles and problems, including the traditional banking procedures or administrative bureaucracy, and other related to the adoption of the state treasury as a main fund and others related to the culture of the Algerian farmer.
