    نظام السقي "الفَـقَّـارَة" وآلية توزيع مياهها بمنطقة توات بالجنوب الجزائري

    Al-Fuggara is an irrigation system found in the Tuat region in southern Algeria, it is unique in its organization and water distribution. Unlike anywhere else in the world, it operates without the need for power, tools to move or measure water, functioning naturally and automatically throughout the year. Al-Fuggara is not just an irrigation system; it is an integrated economic and social system upon which life in Tuat area has historically depended. In 2018, the UNESCO recognized "Kiyyal al-Ma’" – the person responsible for measuring and distributing water in Al-Fuggara – as an intangible cultural heritage, reflecting the cultural and heritage significance of the system. This article aims to highlight the creative and organizational aspects of the Zenati Amazigh man, in his quest for water in the Sahara. الفقارة نظامُ للسقي موجود في منطقة توات بالجنوب الجزائري، ولا وجود لها اليوم بهذا الشكل من حيث التنظيم وتوزيع الماء في أي مكان آخر من العالم، والفقارة لا تحتاج إلى طاقة لتشغيلها، ولا لأدوات لدفع الماء وتوزيعه وقياسه، بل يتم كل ذلك بطريقة طبيعية وآلية على مدار السنة، وهي ليست نظام لسقي فقط بل هي نظام اقتصادي واجتماعي متكامل قامت على أساسه الحياة في منطقة توات الكبرى، ولهذا سنة 2018 صنفت اليونسكو. "كيال الماء" وهو الشخص الذي يقوم بحساب الماء في الفقارة ويقوم بتوزيعه على العاملين فيها كتراث لا مادي إنساني، مما يعكس الأهمية الثقافية والتراثية للفقارة, وسنحاول من خلال هذا المقال إبراز الجانب الإبداعي والتنظيمي للإنسان الأمازيغي الزناتي في رحلة بحثه عن الماء في الصحراء.
