نظرا لأهمية الشبكات الاجتماعية على الأنترنيت، يأتي هذا المقال لتسليط الضوء على ماهيتها، من خلال تعريف الشبكات الاجتماعية ، بالإضافة إلى تعريف الويب 2.0، كما سنُعرف الشبكات الاجتماعية على الأنترنيت، ونلخّص أهم محطات تطورها تاريخيا، لنختم بتصنيفاتها وخصائصها وأهم المؤشرات الإحصائية المتعلقة باستخدامها Due to the importance of social networks on the internet, this article is for
highlighting on what social networks stand for. In addition to the Web 2.0 definition, as
we define social networks on the Internet, and summarize the most important historical
development stations. The article concludes with classifications and characteristics of
social networks and the most important statistical indicators regarding their use.
