    الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في منطقة تبسة 1930-1954

    تتناول هذه الدراسة الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بمنطقة تبسة في الفترة بين 1930 و1954، ولقد بلغت هذه الأوضاع حدا كبيرا في التدهور والتدني، وعاش سكان المنطقة الفقر المدقع، وتعرضوا إلى الأمراض والأوبئة الفتاكة، كما تفشى الجهل في أوساطهم وهذا من جراء تطبيقات قوانين السياسة الاستعمارية القائمة على مصادرة الأراضي في إطار تشجيع سياسة الاستيطان فضلا عن منع الغابات وفرض الضرائب الباهظة واستنزاف الثروات الطبيعية من خلال إقامة صناعة استخراجية خدمةً للاقتصاد الفرنسي، كما قامت هذه السياسة على تجهيل الجزائريين عن طريق غلق مدارس التعليم العربي الحر وشن مختلف الضغوطات عليه وحرمان الجزائريين من التعليم الفرنسي. Abstract: This study is devoted to explain the economic and social situations in the region of Tébessa between 1930 and 1954,The colonial policy based an confiscation of lands to encourage colonialisation led to the deterioration of life in the region, and people lived in poverty, and illiteracy, Many fatal diseases overwhelmed the whole region, The French authority imposed taxes and exploited the natural resources to develop the French economy, the French policy was based on spreading illiteracy among the Algerians by closing free Arabic education schools and forbade Algerians from going to the French schools
