    تشهد الجزائر اليوم العديد من التطورات السياسية والاقتصادية منذ حراك فبراير2019 ومن أهم هذه التطورات الاقتصادية التوجه الكبير نحو دعم وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة وتشجيعها على النمو والمنافسة ومحاولة جذب فئة الشباب لتبني الفكر المقاولاتي وإنشاء مثل هذه المؤسسات الاقتصادية لأنها تعد من الحلول الجذرية للقضاء على البطالة وتطوير الاقتصاد خارج قطاع المحروقات. وفي هذا السياق تأتي ورقتنا البحثية لتسليط الضوء عن دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة حتى تضمن القبول والاستمرارية في السوق. Algeria is witnessing today many political and economic developments since the "Hirak" of February 2019 (peaceful public protest), and among the most important of these economic developments is the great trend towards to support and develop small and medium enterprises, accompanying emerging enterprises and encouraging them to grow and compete, and trying to attract young people to adopt the entrepreneurial ideology and establish such economic institutions because they are one of the radical solutions to reduce unemployment and enhance the economic development outside the hydrocarbon sector. However, our research paper comes to shed light on the role of social responsibility of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in achieving sustainable development in order to ensure acceptance and continuity in the market.
