    واقع الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل البروتوكول الصحي لجائحة كرونا

    هدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن واقع الرضا الوظيفي لدى اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل البروتوكول الصحي لجائحة كرونا، وعما إذا كانت هناك فروق في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي تعود إلى الجنس أو الخبرة المهنية. وقد جرت الدراسة بمدينة الوادي للسنة الدراسية (2021/2022) حيث تكونت العينة من (107) أستاذ وأستاذة للمقاطعة البيداغوجية الرابعة. استخدمت الدراسة مقياس الرضا الوظيفي (عبد الرحمن صالح الأزرق)، وبعد إجراء عملية التحليل للبيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: - درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل البروتوكول الصحي لجائحة كرونا متوسطة. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا الوظيفي في ظل البروتكول الصحي لجائحة كرونا لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا الوظيفي في ظل البروتكول الصحي لجائحة كرونا لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. Abstract: The current study aimed to reveal the reality of job satisfaction among primary school teachers under the healthy protocol of the Krona pandemic, and whether there were differences in the level of job satisfaction due to sex or professional experience. The study was conducted in El-oued city for the school year (2021/2022) where the sample was made up of (107) professors and professors of the fourth Pedagogical province. The degree of job satisfaction of primary school teachers under the health protocol of the moderate Krona pandemic. There are no statistically significant differences in job satisfaction under the health protocol of the Krona pandemic among primary school teachers due to the sex change There are no statistically significant differences in job satisfaction under the health protocol of the Krona pandemic among primary school teachers due to the change in years of experience.
