Item واقع التمكين النفسي لدى الموظفين الاداريين بجامعة الوادي(جامعة الوادي University Of Eloued, 2024-01-09) قدة حياةThe study aims to identify the reality of psychological empowerment among the administrative staff in Eloued University, To achieve this aim, the study used a descriptive approach and a questionnaire to collect data., the psychological empowerment was measured through four (04) dimensions (meaning, competence, self-determination, impact), according to a scale of (Spreitzer, 1995), the questionnaire was distributed using the comprehensive confine method to (392) employees in Eloued University, A number of (273) were are valid for analysis, It was analyzed by using a statistical methods of SPSS 22 and MINITAB 17 programs. The results of study revealed that the level of psychological empowerment is available at a high level among the administration staff in Eloued University, the levels of its dimensions were as follows: a very high level for the “competence” dimension, a high level for each of the “meaning and impact” dimensions, and finally a medium level for the “self-determination”, and There were no statistically significant differences on the availability of psychological empowerment due to personal variables(sex, age, educational level, duration of service in the university) among the administrative staff of the university under study, the study recommended maintaining the level of psychological empowerment and providing a supportive work environment to enhance it
