ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى التقبل والالتزام لدى مرضى السرطان، دراسة ميدانية بمركز مكافحة السرطان بولاية الوادي، والكشف عن الفروق في بعض من المتغيرات (الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، نوع السرطان ) ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يخدم ويناسب الدراسة وتم تطبيق استبيان التقبل والالتزام لمرضى السرطان، الذي تم التحقق من خصائصه السيكو مترية على عينة تكونت من 50 حالة في مركز مكافحة السرطان لولاية الوادي ,وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة على الآتي: أن مستوى التقبل والالتزام لدى مرضى السرطان متوسط عدم وجود فروق دالة في كل من متغير (الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، نوع السرطان ) وتمت مناقشة النتائج في ضوء المعرفة النظرية والدراسات السابقة. Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the level of acceptance and commitment among cancer patients, a field study at the Cancer Control Center in El Oued State, and to reveal differences in some of the variables (gender, age, educational level, type of cancer). To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive an alytical approach was use, which It serves and suits the study. The acceptance and commitment questionnaire for cancer patients, whose psychometric properties were verified, was applied to a sample of 50 cases at the cancer control center in the state of El Oued. The results of the study resulted in the following. The level of acceptance and commitment among cancer patients is average There were no significant differences in each of the variables (gender, age, educational level, type of cancer), and the results were discussed in light of theoretical knowledge and previous studies
