    ثقافة المؤسسة بين التمثل والممارسة

    تهدف هذه الدراسة أساسا إلى التعرف على تمثلات الموظفين في الإدارة المحلية بولاية عنابة حول ثقافة المؤسسة، من خلال دراسة ميدانية، توضح تصورات الموظفين وما يحملونه من أفكار حول ثقافة المؤسسة، ومدى تطابق هذه الأفكار مع الممارسة الفعلية لهذه الثقافة في الإدارة المحلية، وكذا التطرق إلى مدى وعي المسؤولين بالإدارة المحلية لأهمية ثقافة المؤسسة في توجيه قيم الموظفين وسلوكياتهم والحفاظ على هويتهم وتماسكهم، ودورها في تنمية مهاراتهم بما يتماشى وأهداف الولاية في مجال التنمية المحلية. abstract The main objective of this study is to identify staff representations in local administration with a strong mandate on enterprise culture, through a field study, which illustrates the perceptions and ideas of staff on enterprise culture, the compatibility of these ideas with the actual practice of this culture in local administration, as well as the extent to which officials are aware of local administration of the importance of enterprise culture in guiding the values and behaviors of employees and maintaining their identity and cohesion, and their role in developing their skills in a manner consistent manner.
