    This study aims to measure the level of dimensions of functional alienation in the public hospital institution in Mas'ad (Al-Jjelfa state), through the use of the resolution tool, as a key tool for collecting data on a random sample of (40) employees, by following the analytical descriptive approach to testing hypotheses by the statistical program spss v25. The study found a set of results, the most important of which is that the level of job alienation among employees came at a low level as a whole, there are no statistically significant differences in the trends of workers towards the level of job alienation, due to personal and functional variables (sex, age, professional experience, career level, scientific qualification).
