The questionnaire, depending on the arithmetic mean, regression model and other statistical methods (spss). After presenting, analyzing and interpreting the results of the field study, we concluded that there is a statistically significant effect at the level (0.05 ≥ α) of green human resources management for its various dimensions. In improving the performance of the institutions under study, the study recommends that the institutions under study should adopt all green human resource management practices, with a focus on green employment, green training and development as a starting point for obtaining human competencies that adopt green practices on sound practical bases.
