    تداعيات السياسة الحمائية للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية على الاقتصاد العالمي ( دراسة حالة الصين الشعبية 2008-2018)

    "تحاول هذه الأطروحة تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة تجارية دولية حديثة أطلق عليها في أدبيات التجارة الدولية بالحمائية الجديدة، هذه الظاهرة التي تجلت معالمها الأولى خلال فترة السبعينيات ها هي اليوم تأخذ أشكالا و أبعادا متعددة، و هو ما تعتمده الدول المتقدمة اليوم لحماية اقتصاداتها و أخدنا الولايات المتحدة كنموذج في تطبيق هذه السياسة التجارية المتمثلة في السياسة الحمائية. و تعتبر الصين إحدى التجارب التنموية الناجحة في استخدام سياسات تجارية ، و استطاعت بذلك الوصول إلى المركز الثاني في التجارة العالمية بعد الولايات المتحدة ، و هو الأمر الذي أنذر بنشوب توتر و حرب تجارية قد تكون أعمق من الأزمة المالية العالمية، و لعلاج هذه الظاهرة أصبح من الأمر المفترض تنسيق الجهود و العمل سويا بين المؤسسات التجارية الدولية و على رأسها المنظمة العالمية للتجارة، و اللجوء إلى التفاوض و طرح التساؤلات لوضح حلول مناسبة لكلا الأطراف المعنية ""This thesis tries to shed light on a modern international trade phenomenon called in the literature of international trade the new protectionism, this phenomenon whose first features were evident during the seventies, here it is today takes many forms and dimensions, and it is what developed countries adopt today to protect their economies and we took the United States of America As a model in applying this trade policy represented in the protectionist policy. China is considered one of the successful development experiences in using trade policies, and by that it was able to reach the second place in world trade after the United States, which foreshadowed the outbreak of tension and a trade war that may be deeper than the global financial crisis, and to treat this phenomenon has become an order. It is assumed that efforts will be coordinated and work together between the international commercial institutions, headed by the World Trade Organization, and resort to negotiation and questioning to develop appropriate solutions for both parties concerned "
