    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور الأنظمة الاقتصادية الجمركية على التجارة الخارجية والجمركة. و ترقيتها من خلال التسهيلات التي معرفة الامتيازات و التسهيلات التي توفرها الدولة الجزائرية للمؤسسات و الشركات الوطنية في مجال الأنظمة الاقتصادية الجمركية.وكذا الإطلاع على مدى فعالية الأنظمة الاقتصادية الجمركية في إطار المؤسسات وترقية الصادرات خارج قطاع المحروقات. للتحفيز على الإنتاج و التصدير و الاستيراد. حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الأنظمة الجمركية الاقتصادية قدمت حلولا فعالة و سريعة للمتعاملين الاقتصادين الجزائرين في كافة جوانب المعاملات التجارية والصناعية وذلك عبر تحفيز قطاع الإنتاج والتصدير ومنح تخفيضات جمركية أو إعفاءاه من الرسوم و الحقوق الجمركية . This study aims to indicate the main role of customs economic regulations on the foreign trade of Algeria and about the field study was done on the establishment. Based on the aboveinformations, there are the following results : - Customs economic regulations play’s an important role in development of foreign trade . - This regulations represent facilities for companies to motivate them for production,export and import . - This regulations also decrease different costs, which guaranteed the speed of performance of missions on time .
