Analyse De L'usage Des Tice Dans L'enseignement Supérieur En Algérie. Le Cas Des Ens.

Résumé Cet article présente les résultats d’une enquête descriptive par questionnaire menée auprès des formateurs des enseignants de FLE dans les Ecoles Normales Supérieures en Algérie. Il a pour objectif d’analyser l’usage des TICE dans l’enseignement supérieur. C’est pourquoi, nous essaierons de répondre à la question suivante : dans quelle perspective le recours aux TICE dans l’enseignement et la formation universitaires s’inscrit-il ? Cette recherche nous a permis de situer l’usage des TICE entre les pratiques professionnelles en classe et celles en dehors des espaces éducatifs. Abstract This article presents a portion of the survey results of the educators of French-as-a-foreign-language “FFL” teachers at the Higher Normal Schools in Algeria. It aims to analyze the use of ICTS in higher education by trying to answer the following question: in what perspective does the use of ICTS come into play? This research allowed us to situate the use of ICTS between professional practices in the classroom and those outside educational spaces. ملخص يعرض هذا المقال جانبا من نتائج الاستطلاع الوصفي الذي تم إجراؤه عن طريق استبيان مع مكوني أساتذة الفرنسية كلغة أجنبية في المدارس العليا بالجزائر و يهدف إلى تحليل استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في التعليم العالي من خلال محاولة الإجابة على السؤال التالي: ضمن أي إطار يندرج استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال؟ سمح لنا هذا البحث بتحديد استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال بين الممارسات المهنية في القسم و خارجه.

ملخص: يُعَدُّ الإمام الشّافعيّ (150-204ه) أحد الأئمّة الأربعة الذين ارتضى المسلمون مذاهبهم، وواحدا من العلماء الجهابذة الذين خدموا الإسلام بعلمهم ودعوتهم، شهد له بالفضل شيوخه وأقرانه وتلامذته، ومازالت سيرته وفقهه محلّ دراسة إلى يومنا هذا. وإذا كان صيته العلميّ قد ذاع في الأمصار والأصقاع، ولهجتِ الألسنُ بالثّناء عليه في شتّى البقاع، فإنّ الشُّهرة الأدبيّة للشّافعيّ لا تقلّ عن شهرته العلميّة، فما من محبّ للأدب العربيّ إلّا ويحفظ شيئا من شعره، يتغنّى به ويرويه روايته للأمثال والحِكَم. وعلى الرّغم من أنّ شعر الشّافعيّ مخدوم مِن حيث كثرةُ مَن جمع ديوانه، فإنّه لم يُوَفَّ حقّه من الدّراسة والنّقد والتّحليل، وهو ما دفعنا إلى اختياره موضوعا لهذا البحث. Abstract: Imam Ash-Shâfi'î (150-204) Hijri era is one of the four Imams whose doctrines were adopted by Muslims, and one of the most talented Ulama (scholars) who served the Islam, thanks to their knowledge and their proselytism. The Imam was recognized by his Teachers, his peers and his disciples, and his biography is still the subject of numerous studies to this day. And if his scientific fame spread through faraway lands, and languages sang his praises across the world, his literary fame was none the less made, since all lovers of Arabic literature and poetry knew by heart his poems and recited them as proverbs and quotes. Although, Ash-Shâfi'î 's poems have often aroused interest, particularly during the constitution of his poetry book, they have not been filled with the time that should have been attributed to their study, criticism and analysis and that is why we were tempted to choose this subject for our research.
ظاهرة التّلاؤم الصّوتي وأثرها في تحقيق الانسجام الصّوتي عند البلاغيين

ملخص: تعدُّ ظاهرة التّلاؤم الصّوتي من أهم الظّواهر الصّوتية المتنَاولةِ لدى البلاغيين، وهي من معايير جمال الكلام وجودته من عدمه عندهم، وقد كان للبلاغيّين قصب السّبق في استكناه هذه الظّاهرة والتّنقيب عنها، وقد أجمعوا على أن التّلاؤم هو ما يعتري الكلمةَ المفردة أو الكلام المؤلف فيزيده من الحلاوة والطّلاوة، والسّلاسة والنّصاعة ما يؤهّله لتقمّص ذروة سنام البلاغة والبيان، وقد كان البلاغيّون في تكشّفهم عن هذه الظّاهرة وبغرض سبر أغوارها اتّخذوا من القرآن الكريم معيارا للنّظام الصّوتي، بغية استكناه هذه الظّاهرة وفكّ رموزها. تأويل الموضوعات الهامشيّة في ديوان "إحداثيات الصمت"للأخضر بركة

تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف عند طبيعة الموضوعات الهامشية الثانوية في ديوان إحداثيات الصّمت للأخضر بركة، وذلك من خلال الاستعانة بجملة مقولات النقد الثقافي الذّي يعدّ حاضنة المهمش ومجال دراسته. تطرقنا بداية إلى الكشف عن ماهية هذه الموضوعات ومن ثمّ استقصينا حضورها في الدّيوان المختار وحاولنا الإلمام بموجّهاتها. وخلصنا إلى أنّ التّيمات الهامشية عند الشّاعر تؤثّث لموضوعات كبرى مضمرة والتّي لا شك في أنّها ستحتل المركز لتخرج السّائد، بالإضافة إلى أنّها تتشاكل لتبني جسرًا عابرًا للتخصصات والذي يعدّ مرتكز الدّراسات ما بعد الحداثية.

الشاعر عثمان لوصيف هو شاعر المغايرة و التجاوز و ما هو آت ..و الجنوبي الذي تفضحنا قصيدته كل يوم و تتكشف منذ البداية على وعي في طرائق وعرة قاسية شاقة و في مراجعات مفتوحة لا احد ذكر نسيانها بتعبير فوكو فبيقيت نصوصه محكومة بالسياقات الجمالية في حرقة الأسئلة و في درجتها المائة من نصه غرداية إلى الإشارات و لعينيك هذا الفيض الإرهاصات ، اللؤلؤة ، قصائد ظمأى ، أبجديات الكتابة بالنار ، شبق الياسمين أعراس الملح شبق الياسمين , كان يقدم إلينا صوته الحار الجارح و الكاشف عن لعبة الأقنعة و جراح التاريخ و ظلال الأسطورة و و حلول الذات , وفي قصيدته جرس لسماوات تحت الماء نعثر على طريقة استبصاره و فن تمرده و صراخه في زمن الهزيمة إنها قصيدة الأسئلة . سيميائية الفضاء الشعري في ديوان اللغنة والغفران لعز الدين ميهوبي

تسعى هذه الدراسة الموسومة ب " سيميائية الفضاء الشعري في ديوان اللعنة والغفران، لعز الدين ميهوبي"، إلى البحث عن دلالة الفضاء الشعري في الشعر الجزائري المعاصر، لأنّ الفضاء الشعري عنصر هام من عناصر الخطاب الشعري، وهو عنصر شكلي وتشكيلي. وقد وقع الاختيار على ديوان "اللعنة والغفران" لعز الدين ميهوبي لأنّ الشاعر أبدع فيه في توظيف الفضاء الشعري، كما استعنا بالقراءة السيميائية لمحاولة فك الترميز الإبداعي للفضاء الشعري، وتحديد دلالاته سواء في الفضاء الشكلي أم في الفضاء المكاني. This study, tagged "The semiotics of poetic space in the Office of Damn and Forgiveness, by Ezz al-Din Mihoubi", seeks to search for the significance of poetic space in contemporary Algerian poetry, because poetic space is an important component of poetic discourse, a formality and formality. De La Rencontre, De L’échange Et De L’enrichissement Dans Djebel Amour De Roger Frison Roche

Cet article traite le thème du discours sur l’Autre dans l’histoire imaginaire de Djebel Amour de R. Frison -Roche, notre souci est de découvrir toutes les images traduisant le thème du métissage sur tout les plans : racial, religieux et culturel à travers cette puissance de l’acte d’écriture et de la description itinérante, en se référant toujours à la présentation réelle des deux personnages centraux du roman. Pour mener à terme cette étude nous avons eu recours à une lecture purement thématique, cette dernière s’est imposée de force car le rapprochement de ce texte explique son ambiguïté et son originalité. En effet, ce travail de recherche s’affirme comme un plaidoyer pour le métissage et confirme une hypothèse déjà avancée: la rencontre avec l’Autre favoriserait-elle le métissage, la mixité, l’interculturalité, l’échange et la diversité ? En conclusion, nous pouvons dire que pour frison Roche l’ouverture sur l’Autre n’est en fait qu’un signe de tolérance et de reconnaissance visant le bonheur et la paix des peuples.

يندرج الكتاب ضمن مايعرف بأدب الذات (السيرة الذاتية، المذكرات، الاعترافات، الرسائل الحميمية،...) وهذا التصنيف خاضع لمقولات الناقد الفرنسي فيليب لوجون في حديثه عن الأدب الشخصي، وقد حاولنا خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على مدى فاعلية نظرية التناص في الكشف عن الأسرار والمعاني التي يخفيها هذا النص وكذا محاولة تأصيل مرجعياتها، كما وقفنا على إمكانية انفتاح نظرية التناص وإعطائها السلطة للقارئ للاستئناس بمقولات نقدية مختلفة بُغية الوصول إلى تأويل معين.
تحولات المصطلح اللساني الحديث في ضوء القراءات الجديدة لمخطوطات سوسير-مقاربة تأصيلية لجهود مصطفى غلفان

مسعانا من خلال هذه الدراسة هو الوقوف على تجليات الممارسة الفكرية في نصوص ومخطوطات سوسير الجديدة في ضوء اللسانيات الحديثة، والتي نشرت منذ النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين ممثلة في جهود مصطفى غلفان، وذلك من أجل قراءة تأصيلية انطلاقا من مجموعة من التأويلات العلمية والمنطقية بمختلف أبعادها النظرية والمنهجية المتباينة في إطار تحولات المفاهيم الاصطلاحية اللسانية (اللغة-اللسان-الكلام) في الفكر السوسوري الحديث، وقد توصلنا في نهاية هذا المقال إلى نتائج هامة أبرزها: أسهمت نصوص سوسير الجديدة في الكشف عن الملامح الحقيقية لسوسير في اللسانيات، وأصبحت المصطلحات اللسانية الجوهرية (اللغة-اللّسان-الكلام) الدعامة الأساسية التي ترتكز عليها صرح اللسانيات الحديثة. In this study we aim to highlight the impacts of intellectual applications in Saussure's texts and manuscripts according to the modern linguistics published since the second half of the twentieth century represented by the efforts of Mustafa Galfan, in order to provide an inherent analysis from the set of scientific and logical interpretations according to the shift of the linguistics terms concepts(language, tongue and speech) in the new Saussurean, At the end of this research, we reached important results, most notably: The new Saussure texts contributed to revealing the real features of Saussure in linguistics, and the elements of language, tongue and speech in his manuscripts became the mainstay in linguistics structure. دلالة الفروق اللغوية في تأويل مشكل القرآن الكريم (نماذج من القرآن الكريم)

لقد حظي القرآن الكريم عبر العصور كلها باهتمام كبير، لما يتميز به من أسلوب إعجازي بليغ، فهو كلام الله الذي لا يأتيه الباطل من بين يديه ولا من خلفه، وقد دأب علماء التفسير للعناية بفهم معانيه، ففسّروه وأوّلوه، ومن العلوم المهمة التي ألف فيها علماء التراث هو علم الفروق اللغوية من حيث معانيه وألفاظه؛ لاسيما أن ألفاظ القرآن الكريم متعددة، وآراء المفسرين متفقة أحيانا ومتباينة أحيانا أخرى وللفروق اللغوية ارتباط وثيق بينها وبين علم مشكل القرآن الكريم الذي أفرد له علماء التراث عبر مدوناتهم دراسات معمقة حول كل لفظة من ألفاظ كتاب الله مستخدمين تأويل وحل للآيات المستشكلة من لدن المفسر والمؤول معا، والرد على المشككين وطعنهم للآيات المتشابهة والذود عن كتاب الله، للوصول للمقصدية الحقيقية لكل آية مستشكلة، بغية إيصال الفهومات للمتلقي . هذا مجمل ما يتناوله هذا البحث وهو علاقة الفروق اللغوية بتأويل مشكل القرآن. النص بين انطولوجية المعنى ومشروعية التأويل

يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على إشكالية علاقة اللفظ بالمعنى أو علاقة النص بالمعنى / المعاني التي يحملها، هل هي علاقة ضرورية يتحدد فيها المعنى من خلال ألفاظ والنص وعباراته وتراكيبه، أم أن العلاقة بينهما اعتباطية، تاريخية، تطورية، متغيرة؟ وبناء على تصور طبيعة هذه العلاقة تتحدد كل من إستراتيجية كتابة النص أو إنتاجه وإستراتيجية قراءته أو تأويله. وبناء على حدود هذه العلاقة تبرز طبيعة الوعي في علاقته بالمعنى؛ إن كان هذا الأخير يتحدد بالوعي أم أنه يتجاوزه.
Enseigner Le Socioculturel En Traduction: La Périphrase Entre Autres

Résumé Notre travail tend à mettre en évidence l'apport de la compétence socioculturelle dans l'enseignement/apprentissage des langues étrangères de façon générale, et plus particulièrement celui de la spécialité de traduction à l'université. Car si l'enseignement du volet théorique de la traduction est plus ou moins conventionnel, celui de son aspect pratique ne l'est que très rarement. En effet, l'apprenant peut être amené à traduire un texte qui traite de culture, littérature, histoire, civilisation, politique, etc. Des thématiques qui ne peuvent être abordées sans une parfaite connaissance des tenants et aboutissants du dit-thème. Outre la compétence linguistique, le traducteur devra avoir une maîtrise parfaite des différentes composantes des textes sources et cibles pour ne pas commettre d'interférence. Que faire devant les expressions idiomatiques ou figées, les jeux de mots ou encore les périphrases? C'est à cette dernière question que nous tenterons de répondre à travers notre travail.
ديناميّة الصّورة الشعريّة في قصيدة الاتّجاه الإسلامي عند "محمّد صالح ناصر"

الملخص: تقدّم هذه الدّراسة رؤية مغايرة لتطوّر الآليّات التّصويريّة في شعر "محمّد صالح ناصر" في قصيدته ذات الاتّجاه الإسلامي من خلال مُتغيّري الحركة والثّبات، فتشتغل الآليّة البحثيّة لهذا الموضوع ضمن الفضاء التّصويري الّذي يتّخذ من الحركيّة اللّغويّة-الدّلاليّة وثباتها معيارًا لمستوى الشّعريّة في قصيدته، لذا ستتكوّن الدّراسة من شقّين هما؛ الصّورة الثّابتة والصّورة الحركيّة – المتحرّكة مع بيان التّمايز الدّقيق بين النّوعين من الصّور وتمثّلاتهما في شعريّة "محمّد صالح ناصر". Abstract: This study presents a different view of the evolution of the poetic imagery mechanisms in the poetry of Muhammad Saleh Nasser in his poem of the Islamic-oriented through two variables movement and Kinesthesia. The subject is within the pictorial space, which is based on the linguistic-semantic kinetics and its stability as a criterion for the level of poetry in its poem. Accordingly, the study will consist of two parts: the steady imagery and the Kinesthetic imagery - with the exact differentiation between the two types and their presence in the poetry of Muhammad Saleh Nasser.

Promoting Inclusive Education Practices Through Parental Involvement: The Case Of Algerian Middle Schools

Abstract Inclusive education is one best way of ensuring the full access of students with and without disabilities in the educational process. Its main salient concern is to provide an equitable learning environment wherein all students are alike. Admittedly, there is ample evidence that the educational reform towards inclusive schools, if not allied with a profound understanding to the history of inclusion, would be slow. Reviewing the literature of inclusion highlights various critical factors that cement inclusive practices at schools. Parental involvement is one significant predictor of effective inclusion. This study, henceforth, aims at investigating middle school principals’ attitude towards parental involvement, and how far can this parents-schools synergy promote students’ academic achievement. In essence, it seeks at expanding the inclusive consciousness of parents, either they have children with special educational needs or they do not. To obtain the necessitated data, a cohort of 13 principals at the middle level was conveniently selected for the parental involvement interview. The obtained results from this qualitatively-oriented study reveal some positive and some other negative perceptions of school-parent relations on the part of principals. Recommendations for developing and improving parental involvement issues are henceforth provided.
التشكيل الزماني والمكاني للشعر العربي وأبعاده السيكولوجية عند " عز الذين اسماعيل " من خلال كتابه " التفسير النفسي للأدب

ملخص يتناول هذا المقال بشكل مُستفيض الرؤية النقدية السيكولوجية للشعر العربي عند الناقد " عز الذين اسماعيل " من خلال كتابه " التفسير النفسي للأدب " وهذا من جانبين، الجانب الموسيقي أي الاوزان من حيث خصائصها وعلاقاتها فيما بينها وأبعادها النفسية والجانب الثاني من حيث الصورة الشعرية تَشكُلها و تَجلياتها وأصداؤها في القصيدة سواء في الشعر القديم أو الحديث نظريا وتطبيقيا وتدور محاور هذا المقال من أجل الاجابة عن اشكاليات كبرى وهي :ماهي الأبعاد السيكولوجية للصورة الشعرية في الشعر العربي القديم والحديث عند الناقد ؟ وهل الاوزان الشعرية لها أبعاد سيكولوجية في الشعر العربي بنوعية سواء الشعر العمودي او الشعر الحديث (التفعيلة)؟Abstract; This paper extensively examines the psychological view of Arab poetry by the critic "Azzedin Ismael" through his book entitled "The Psychological Interpretation of Literature". This study considers two sides: the musical aspect, i.e. meters in terms of their characteristics, relationships between them and their psychological dimensions, while the second aspect has to do with the poetic image, its form, manifestations and its echoes in the poem, whether in traditional or modern poetry, both theoretically and practically. The themes of this article tend to answer the following major problems: What are the psychological dimensions of the poetic image in the traditional and modern Arab poetry for the critic? Do poetic meters have psychological dimensions in Arabic poetry with its two types, whether vertical or modern poetry (free verse poetry)?

شهدت نهاية القرن العشرين ثورة تكنولوجية ومعلوماتية مسّت كل ميادين الحياة، ومن بينها ميدان اللغة العربية؛ مما دفع العلماء إلى إنجاز بحوث ومشاريع قيّمة؛ لتطوير اللغة العربية وحوسبتها؛ من أجل النهوض بها لتواكب التطور الحاصل في العالم، وتضاهي اللغات المهيمنة. فظهر ميدان اللسانيات الحاسوبية الذي أُنجِزت فيه بحوث ودراسات رائدة، ومنها: مشروع محرك البحث للمعاجم العربية. وهو مشروع ينتمي إلى "المعجم المحوسب". ويعد "محرك البحث المعجمي" لجامعة بيرزيت بفلسطين الأول من نوعه في العالم، ليس فقط على مستوى اللغة العربية، بل على مستوى جميع اللغات المستخدمة عبر شبكة الإنترنت، حيث تتضمن قاعدة بياناته حوسبة (150) معجما عربيا مختلفا، سواء المعاجم اللغوية العامة التراثية والحديثة، أو المعاجم العلمية المتخصصة في مختلف العلوم التطبيقية والإنسانية. وهذا المقال يهدف إلى التعريف بهذا المحرك البحثي، وتبيان أهميته في حوسبة اللغة العربية،وكيفية استغلاله والاستفادة منه. Abstract: Since the end of the 20th century, the world witnessed a technological and information revolution that has affected all fields of life, including Arabic language. Which has prompted scientists to lead valuable research and projects to develop and computerize the Arabic language for its improvement, keeping it pace with worldwide development and matching it dominant languages. As a result, The field of computational linguistics emerged, in which pioneering research and studies were completed, including: The Search Engine Project for Arabic Dictionaries. It is a project that belongs to "Computerized Lexicography". The lexical search engine, introduced by Birzeit University, was the first-ever not only for Arabic language but for all languages used over the internet .Its engine database includes the computerization of (150) different Arabic lexicons, whether they are general, traditional and modern linguistic dictionaries, or specialized scientific dictionaries in various fields of applied and human sciences. This article aims to introduce this search engine, and demonstrate its importance in the computerization of the Arabic language, and how to exploit and benefit from it.
فن الترسل بين الاسبقية الغربية والابداع العربي

إن أدب كتابة الرسائل فن قديم عرفته الإنسانية كشكل من أشكال التعبير عن خلجات النفس وميدانا للإبداع الفني عن طريق النثر ، فيعتبر عند الغرب فنا ضاربا حتى العهد اليوناني باعتباره ارتبط بفن الخطابة ، وحذا بذلك الرومان حذو اليونان ونهلوا من علومهم وآدابهم فأرسلوا أبنائهم للتعلم على يد خطباء اليونان ،أما عند العرب فقد ازدهر خاصة في القرنين الثالث والرابع الهجريين عندما بلغت الحضارة العربية و الفتوحات الإسلامية أوجها ، فالكاتب بذلك يَبين عن قدرته الفذة في الإقناع وإيصال المعنى المراد تبليغه بأسلوب يَليق بمتلقيه ، فكانت الرسائل حلقة الوصل بينه و بين العالم الخارجي.
المجالس النسائية في الأدب العربي القديم - الأنواع و آليات الحوار- مقاربة تداولية

تطرق في هذه الورقة البحثية إلى المجالس النسائية في الأدب العربي القديم جمعا ودراسة، في محاولة لتسليط الضوء على جانب من المنجزات النسوية التي لا تزال مناجم خام للبحث والتنقيب. نعرض هذه المادة في مبحثين؛ الأول يتعلق بالآداب التي عُرفت بها هذه المجالس( حسن الإصغاء، التستر و الاستئذان، الدعوة والإكرام...) ثم نعرج إلى أنواعها حيث وجدناها تنقسم إلى ثلاثة أقسام تقريبا (المجالس النقدية، والمجالس الشعرية ثم المجالس الاجتماعية)؛ أما المبحث الثاني فنتعرض فيه إلى الحوار وخصائصه بالدراسة والتحليل من دراسة آليات الحوار وأطرافه. Summary: In this research paper, we will address, through the collection and study, the Women’s Councils in the ancient Arabic literature, in an attempt to shed light on an aspect of women's achievements, which are still considered as raw mines for further research and explorations. The content of this paper is presented in two chapters. The first, is related to the manners of which these councils were known (good listening, modest dress, asking for permission, invitation and hospitality..etc.), then, we will move to the types of councils which we discovered that they are divided, approximately, into three sections (critical councils, poetical councils and social councils). In the second chapter, we will tackle the dialogue and its characteristics through scientific study and analysis, by studying the mechanisms of dialogue and the interlocutors.
