مفهوم الوظيفية بين النحو واللسانيات

الهدف من هذا المقال البحث في "النحو" و"الوظيفة" و"اللسانيات"، إذ نسعى إلى توطين النظرة اللسانية العربية بمختلف توجهاتها النظرية والمنهجية في الوسط اللساني المتداول، فقد تزعم سوسير علم اللغة البنوي في اللسانيات، فتعددت الرؤى التي انبثقت عنها مدارس لسانية مختلفة، فركزنا على النظريات ذات التوجه وظيفي، ولما كان النحو مناط البحث في كل تراث لغوي بشري، صيغ له العديد من النظريات، ثم إن كلا الاتجاهين - البنوي أو الوظيفي- غايتهما الكشف عن خبايا الملكة اللسانية البشرية، والخلاف بين الوجهتين ينحصر في المنطلق أهو الجملة كبنية مجردة، أم الجملة وارتباطاتها المتعددة بما قبلها وما بعدها وما يحيط بها من المواقف الخارجية. - الكلمات المفتاحية: النحو، الوظيفة، اللسانيات، المنهج،اللغة. Abstract: The aim of this article is to research “grammar”, “function” and “linguistics”, seeking to locate the Arabic linguistic vision with its various theoretical and methodological orientations in the circulating linguistic environment. theories, and since grammar is at the center of research in all human linguistic heritage, many theories have been formulated for it.Moreover, both directions - structural or functional - aim to reveal the secrets of the human linguistic faculty, and the difference between the two views is limited to the premise: the sentence as an abstract structure, or the sentence and its multiple connections with what precedes it and after and the external situations which surround it. - Keywords: grammar, function, linguistics, curriculum, language.
الهيرمينوطيقا وتحوّلات الوعي الغربي

إنّ الزمن خط مستمر وهمي، لا يتحدّد إلى بالوعي به كتاريخ من جهة ، وبتحولات الوعي ومحطاته أيضا من جهة أخرى، هذه التّحولات تعكس نمو الوعي من جهة وتعكس اختلاف التّصورات وتعدد المناهج والآليات من جهة أخرى ، ما يضفي على الفكر البشري دينامية ويكشف عن روح نقدية تسائل منجزاته من لحظة تاريخية إلى أخرى ، وهذه التساؤلات الجادة تشكّل في التّاريخ منعطفات تحوّل هامّة . والتأويلية الغربية كتجل للوعي الغربي قد عكس تاريخها هذه التّحولات ، وأبرزت ملامح كل مرحلة وما يطبعها من تفكير في الوجود أوفي الموجود. تحليل وقياس أثر تغيرات درجة الحرارة على انتشار فيروس كورونا في الجزائر باستخدام منهجية التكامل المشترك

تهدف من الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل وقياس مدى تأثير درجة الحرارة على انتشار فيروس كورونا في الجزائر. من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين تغيرات متوسط درجة الحرارة اليومية وعدد الإصابات الجديدة اليومية بفيروس كورونا، خلال الفترة الممتدة من 01 أفريل 2020 إلى 30 نوفمبر 2020، باستخدام منهجية التكامل المشترك. وتبين من الدراسة عدم وجود علاقة ارتباط بين درجة الحرارة وانتشار فيروس كورونا الجديد في الجزائر، كما لا توجد علاقة سببية من درجة الحرارة نحو عدد حالات الإصابة بالفيروس. كما اتضح من خلال النمذجة القياسية وفق منهجية التكامل المشترك عدم وجود أي أثر لدرجة الحرارة على حالات الإصابة بفيروس كورونا في الجزائر سواءا على المدى القصير أو على المدى الطويل. وهذه النتائج المتوصل إليها تتوافق مع أراء العديد من الخبراء ونتائج الكثير من الدراسات. فحتى وإن كان لدرجة الحرارة تأثيرا على انتشار فيروس كورونا الجديد، فإن هذا التأثير يعتبر ضعيفا جدا إذا ما قورن بعوامل أخرى، خاصة منها المرتبطة بالالتزام بالإجراءات الوقائية وتدابير الحجر الصحي والتباعد الاجتماعي، وتنقل الأفراد داخليا وخارجيا، ومدى تطور القطاع الصحي، إلى غير ذلك من العوامل الهامة. The aim of this paper is to analyse and measure the effect of temperature on the spread of the Corona virus in Algeria. By studying the relationship between daily average temperature changes and the number of daily new infections with the Coronavirus, during the period from April 01, 2020 to November 30, 2020 using the co-integration methodology. The study revealed that there is no correlation between temperature and the spread of the new Corona virus in Algeria, and there is no causal relationship from temperature towards the number of virus cases. It was also evident through econometric modeling according to the cointegration methodology that there was no effect of temperature on cases of infection with the Coronavirus in Algeria, either in the short term or in the long term. These results are consistent with the opinions of many experts and with the results of many studies. Even if the temperature has an effect on the spread of the new Corona virus, this effect is considered very weak when compared to other factors, especially those related to adherence to preventive measures, quarantine measures, social distancing, the movement of individuals internally a,nd externally, and the extent of the development of the health sector to other important factors

لكابالا أو الحكمة الخفية هي النزعة الروحية والباطنية في الصوفية اليهودية ،ووفق الكباليين تُعد الكبالا طريق الإنسان إلى الروحانية ؛إذ تُقدم للإنسان الإجابات الرئيسية عن الكون وبداياته وأسراره ، بالإضافة إلى دور ومصير الإنسان ، وأن هناك عالمين ، عالم روحي وعالم مادي ، ويجب على الإنسان أن يصعد تدريجياً إلى هذه العوالم من أجل الوصول إلى مستوى الإنسان الكامل والالتحام باللانهائي فيما يسمى بالديقوت ، ولكن هذا المستوى من الكمال لا يبلغه الإنسان إلا بعد رحلة من السقوط والصعود ، ومن خلال تجربة روحية ، يتلقى مبادئها الحصرية في التعاليم الكبالية. من أصول النحو في الاستشهاد بالقراءات القرآنية في الرباعي من حروف المعاني

يهدف هذا البحث إلى فهم فلسفة اللغة العربية, المتمثلة في أصول النحو وسيلةً لــــتتبع التعليل لدى علماء التوجيه للقراءات القرآنية، فلا يكتفى بالإعراب والوزن في دفع التعارض بين القياس اللغوي، وبين السماع الذي هو أصل لا ينازع؛ فالقراءة سنة متبعة وهي من السماع بمكان. وقد كانت نتائج البحث في النظر إلى العلاقة بين القياس اللغوي والقراءات القرآنية من حيث هي علاقة تناظر يعمل فيه الكلام العربي كلاًّ لا يتجزأ في الاستشهاد؛ لأن الأحرف السبعة جاءت للتيسير، ولا شك أنها من قبيل الفصيح الذي يقابله اعتبارُ ما خرج عن القياس اللغوي عند النحاة من القليل النادر والشاذ والبعيد عن الأفصح. This research aims to understand the philosophy of Arabic language represented in Arabic grammar principals, as a tool of following the justification at Quranic readings orienting scientists, it’s not enough to consider grammar and speech weight to get rid of the objection between linguistic analogy and the listening as an undisputed principal cause the reading is a followed usage. And the results of the research looking on the relation between linguistic analogy and Quranic reading was a symmetry relation where Arabic speech works as a whole indivisible in citation, because articles came to simplify and make it like literary, in the opposite count which came out of linguistic analogy at grammar scientists from the little rare and abnormal and far from the best literary
تنوع براغماتية الخطاب الإشهاري وحدود الانفتاح الدلالي "قناة الفجر الجزائرية أنموذجا"

لا جرم أن الخطاب الإشهاري اليوم يبعث على إلطاف النظر، وتدقيق التأمل في مفهوم البراغماتية الإشهارية، والتي اكتسحت نطاقا واسعا في شتى القنوات. وكان حري بنا أن نقف أمام أسئلة تفرض نفسها مؤداها: البحث عن الطاقة الدلالية للإشهار؟ وتحديد المعطى النفعي في ذلك؟. تتجاوز عديد القنوات الجزائرية وعلى رأسها "قناة الفجر" في تقديمها للبرامج إلى الفواصل الإشهارية، وكثيرا ما يتموقع فضاء الإشهار تموقعا تتحول من خلاله عملية المشاهدة من تتبع إلى بحث قوامه اختصار الرحلة الشاقة التي يروم فيها المشاهد أهدافا جمة أهمها: التطبيب، الخدمات، العقار، الأسفار والرحلات...الخ. في خاتمة المطاف، نؤكد على براغماتية الإشهار من خلال حسية المعنى المدرك الذي يتفانى في تصويغه جهات تستثمر الحواس، وقدرتها على الربط بين ما هو ذهني وما هو واقعي. Abstract: There is no doubt that the publicity discourse today is a matter of lightening consideration and scrutiny of the concept of advertising pragmatism, which has swept a wide range in various channels. We should have faced self-imposed questions: the search for the semantic power of advertising? And determine the utilitarian givens in that? هذا المقال بعنوان"المفسرون الجزائريون واحتفالهم عند ختم دروسهم في تفسير القرآن الكريم"، حيث إنّ الناظر في كتب تراجم أعلام الجزائر يرى بعض المظاهر التي تعدّ من خصائص الجزائريين دون غيرهم، خاصة عند ختمهم تفسير القرآن الكريم شفويا؛ فأحببت تدوين ذلك لبيان أحد اللوحات الفنية الأدبية والأخلاقية؛ لذا طرحت الإشكال التالي: ما هي صورة هذا الاحتفال؟ ومن هم أبرز علماء الجزائر الذين أتموا تفسير القرآن باحتفال خلده التاريخ كمظهر بارز من مظاهر التحضر؟ حيث إنني وقفت على العديد من العلماء الذين احتفلوا عند ختم القرآن، وذكرت منهم بعض النماذج في خطة بحث توافق طبيعة المقال اشتملت على مقدّمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة. Abstract: This article is entitled "Algerian commentators and their celebration when concluding their lessons in the interpretation of the Noble Qur'an," as the beholder in the books of the translations of Algerian flags sees some aspects that are characteristic of the Algerians without others, especially when they conclude the interpretation of the Noble Qur'an orally; I liked writing it down to show one of the literary and moral paintings; So I posed the following question: What is the image of this celebration? And who are the most prominent Algerian scholars who completed the interpretation of the Qur’an with a celebration immortalized by history as a prominent aspect of civilization? غريب القرآن الكريم وصف وتحليل

من المتفق عليه أن شرف العلم من شرف المعلوم به، ومما لا ريب فيه أن الاشتغال بكلام الله عز وجل من أنفع المعارف وأسمى الغايات، ومن هذا المنطلق سَعَت هذه الورقة البحثية وأَبَت إلا أن تسْتثير علما مهمّا وشريفا من علوم الكتاب العزيز؛ وهو علم الغريب، الذي صار كاسمه تماما بين الأنام، حيث عزّ فيه البحث وقلَّت إثارة مسائله بين كثير من الباحثين، وإن كانوا من المشتغلين في حقل الدراسات القرآنية واللغوية سيما المعاصرون منهم؛ حتى صار غريبا في كتاباتهم العلمية وبحوثهم، ولهذه الدواعي قد تم في هذه الورقة العلمية: الإبانة عن هذه الظاهرة اللفظية، وذلك من جهة: بيان مفهومها لغة واصطلاحا، وإبداء مدى أهميتها الكبرى في توجيه دلالات النصوص القرآنية، وكذا إماطة اللثام عن مصدرها الذي تُستقى منه وتـَحتكِم إليه؛ وهو لسان العرب، لأخُلُص في ختام البحث إلى ثبوت فضيلة علم الغريب ودوره الأساس في تقريب معاني كلام الرحمن إلى قلوب الأنام. Knowledge honour is a part of the known honour, and with no doubt, dealing with Quran is a paramount objective and a beneficial knowledge. From this basis, this research paper looks for raising one of Quran sciences, which is the science of ambiguous words in Quran, that becomes weird among people. Research in this science is decreased, and its issues are rarely addressed among many researchers, although they deal with Quran Linguistic Studies field, especially the modern ones, so it becomes absent in their scientific writings. Therefore, this paper demonstrates this uttered phenomenon in terms of: illustrating its concept linguistically and terminologically, its importance in guiding Quranic texts significances, and clarifying its source, which is the Arab language. The research paper has concluded with the fact that this science is so important, and its main role is to interpret Quran ambiguous words to people
مبادئ العلاقات الدولية في الإسلام في ظل المتغيرات المعاصرة

يتميز فقه السياسة الشرعية بشموليته في تنظيم جميع أنواع ومستويات العلاقات السياسية؛ سواء ما تعلق منها بعلاقة الدولة بأفرادها ورعاياها، أو ما كان من علاقات الدولة بغيرها من الدول، ومما يتميز به كذلك أنه تأسس على مبادئ وقواعد تحفظ مقاصده وأصوله؛ من خلال الجمع بين ميزتي الثبات والمرونة، وقد مر التاريخ الدولي بمراحل عديدة منذ عصور العلاقات الدولية التقليدية وصولا إلى عصر القانون الدولي الحديث، ولا تزال المتغيرات على الساحة الدولية تتجدد، تبعا لتغيرات موازين القوة بين الدول المتصارعة والمتنافسة على زعامة العالم. وتسعى هذه الدراسة لكشف تأثير التغيرات الدولية المعاصرة على قواعد العلاقات الدولية في ضوء مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية.
