The study addresses the European defense industry, as one of the most important aspects of European intergovernmental integration, which is distinguished by increasing the level of political cooperation between EU countries, and their control over the rules, procedures and implementation mechanisms associated with completed projects in the European defense industrial development cooperation. The study clarifies the Intergovernmental integration approach of Andrew Moravisek, in the path of the European defense industries integrative processes with its stages, its organizational and legislative elements.Item الحركات الاحتجاجية وأثرها على تعزيز سياقات التحول الديمقراطي في الوطن العربي (مصر- تونس - البحرين)(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2022-09-28) خليفة, حمزة; بارة ., سميرتناولت دراستنا هذه دورالحركات الاجتماعية في تحديد مسار التحول الديمقراطي بالمنطقة العربية من خلال موجة ثورات الربيع العربي،حيث تطرقناإلى خلفياتهاوتسلسل أحداثها والتعرض إلى نتائجها ومدى تاثيرها على مسارات التحول الديمقراطي،إلى جانب ذلك تناولنا تأثيرالحركات الإجتماعية على عمليةالتحول الديمقراطي في كل من أوروبا ودول أمريكا اللاتينية،لتوضيح التماثلات بينها وبين التجارب العربية، وهذا ما يتيح فهم أعمق لنفس متغير الدراسةمن خلال المقارنات واسعة النطاق بين الأقاليم الناجحة في التحول الديمقراطي والأقاليم المتعثر أو الأقاليم المغلقة إتجاه التحول،وهذا ما ساعدنا في فهم أسباب تعثر عملية التحول الديمقراطي بالمنطقة العربية . Our study examined the role of protest movements in leading forward the change and democratic transformation in the Arab region during the past two decades, besides studying the process of democratization in light of what is known as the rise of the Arab Spring, and we also discussed the process of democratic transformation in Europe and Latin American countries, to clarify the similarities between them, to benefit from those experiences and an establishing general rules to follow in the process of change and its mechanisms, especially the role of social justice movements (protest) , because what matters to peoples and the government in achieving the political stability based on democratic foundations that allow everyone to participate In the conduct of public affairs of the country.Item محاضرات في الحريات العامة(جامعة الوادي.University eloued, 2023) جرمون, محمد الطاهرItem دروس في مقياس الجرائم المستحدثة(جامعة الوادي.University eloued, 2023) جرمون, محمد الطاهراختَلف التشريعات الوطنية املقارنة فيما تعتبره من الجرائم املستحدثة حسباْلهميةالتي توليها هذه الدول وتفشيهاومدى الخطورة التي تقدرها كل دولة؛ - تحديد هذه الجرائم وفق املادة 37 من قانون اإلجراءات الجزائية الجزائري الذي أقر لها خصوصيةذات أهمية بالغة من حيث اإلجراءات؛ - تجاوز الجرائم املستحدثة الجرائم ذات الطابع التقليدي سواء من حيث استخدام أدوات وتكنولوجيا حديثة ومتطورة أو من خَلل الخطورة البالغة التي تكتنفها هذه الجرائم؛ - تتخذ الجرائم املستحدثة صورا بسيطة تكيف كجنح بسيطة كما تتخذ صورامشددةأومركبة تكيف كجنح مشددة أو جنايات؛ - تركز هذه الجرائم في الصور غير البسيطة منها على الجانب املالي وتهديد اَلقتصاد الوطني واملساس بالنظام العام و اْلمن واَل ستقرار؛ - إفراد املشرع الجزائري بتشريع خاص ملعظم هذه الجرائم باإلضافة إلى التغطيةاملرتبطةبقانون العقوبات،وبعضالقوانين اْلخرى املكملةله. دروس في مقياسا لجرائم املستحدثItem Lectures on public international law(جامعة الوادي.University eloued, 2023)In many cases, international jurisprudence has witnessed the use of general principles of law as one of the sources of international law, whether they relate to international arbitration tribunals or in the judgments and advisory opinions issued by the Permanent Court of International Justice and then the International Court of Justice.
