    رقمنة الادارة الجبائية في الجزائر دراسة حالة مركز الضرائب الوادي

    " تهدف الدراسة الى بيان واقع الرقمنة في الادارة الجبائية في الجزائر، خاصة بعد سلسلة الاصلاحات التي شهدتها الجزائر من سنة 1992، سواء على المستوى الهيكلي التنظيمي أو على المستوى الاداري باعتبار ان هذا القطاع يعتبر محور التنمية للدولة، و تبيان دور الرقمنة في تسهيل نشاطات الادارة الجبائية و تقريبها اكثر للمواطن وذلك بضرورة مواكبتها للتطورات الحاصلة في مجال تكنولوجيات المعلومات. Cette étude a pour objectif de manifester la réalité de la numerisation au sein de l'administration fiscale en Algérie. Notamment après la série de réformes fiscales qu'a connu l'algerié depuis 1992. Qui s'efforce de mettre en relief le role de la numérisation pour améliorer la performance de l'administration fiscale . et ceci dit a travers une étude d'un cas sur terrain au niveau du centre des impots à EL-OUED. "

    "التحولات السياسية في المنطقة العربية وأثرها على العلاقات الجزائرية التونسية 2011-2017 "

    تهدف الدراسة إلى تتبع تطور الأحداث في المنطقة العربية في الفترة الممتدة من 2010 إلى 2017، ورصد أهم أسباب ودوافع إندلاع الأحداث والمآلات التي سارت عليها عملية التحول في المنطقة خاصة بعد سقوط بعض الأنظمة الحاكمة كتونس ومصر، اللتان إستطاعتا هيكلة مسار الأحداث وإرساء الإستقرار فيهما . رغم أن ليبيا تعد حالة إستثنائية لم يستطع النظام فيها السيطرة على مجريات الأحداث فقد وقعت في فخ الحرب الاهلية وذلك بسبب التركيبة المجتمعية ، وعدم وجود مؤسسات سياسية فعلية تمكنها من توجيه الأحداث إلى صالح الإستقرار في ليبيا .لذلك حملت هذه الأحداث معها مجموعة من التحديات الجديدة على الواقع العربي ، الأمر الذي يدفعها إلى البحث على مخارج جديدة من أجل ضمان القدرة على مواجهة التهديدات الخارجية التي تتربص بالمنطقة وضم الجهود ضمن كتل متكاملة لأجل حماية مصالحها وضمان إستقرار المنطقة ،وقد ظهر ذلك من خلال الجهود الثنائية الجزائرية التونسية من أجل محاربة آثار الأحداث بالمنطقة و المتمثل في ظاهرتي الإرهابو التهريب بمختلف أشكالها العابرة للحدود ، حيث إتضح ذلك من خلال جهود التعاون المكثفة بين البلدين في كل المجالات خاصة الأمنية منها.The study aims at tracking the devolopement of event in the arab region from 2010 to 2017,and monitoringthe main causes and motives of the out in the region ,especially after the allof some of the ruling regimes such as Tunisia and egept,which were able to structure the course of event and stabilize them.Although Libya ais an exceptional case in which the regime could .not control the events, it fell into the social structure and the lack of effective political intutiuons of guide events to the stability of Libya .the Arab reality,which leads to search for new exitsin order to ensure the the ability to face external threats that lie in the intlegration of efforts within the blocks of integrated term protection of their interests and ensure the stability of the region has emeged .through the second Algerian-tunisian to the impact of the events in the region , which is represented by the phenomenon of terrorism and tyranny in various froms of trqnsient,as it become clear through the efforts of cooperation bladder between the two countries in all areas,especially security.

    "تقويم سياسات التكوين المهني لإحتياجات سوق العمل في الجزائر 2007-2017 دراسة حالة مقارنة : المعهدين المتخصصين في التكوين المهني _ تقرت وحاسي مسعود)"

    لقد أدت الإصلاحات التي مست بقطاع التكوين المهني بإبراز أهميته في التنمية والقضاء على البطالة. ومن أجل تحديد الإستراتجية المعرفية المتبعة لربط التكوين المهني بسوق العمل قسمت الدراسة إلى فصلين. يتناول الفصل الأول بالتحليل والدراسة واقع التكوين المهني وسوق العمل، أما الفصل الثاني فجسد أثر السياسة التكوينية على المعهدين المتخصصين في التكوين المهني تقرت وحاسي مسعود كدراسة حالة مقارنة مابين (2007-2017) ، ويمكن القول أن سياسة التكوين المهني لا تتوافق إلى حد كبير مع سوق العمل خاصة المؤسسات الإقتصادية بالرغم من مجهودات الدولة المبذولة"Reforms in the vocational training sector have demonstrated its importance in development , and the elimination of uneployment . In order to define The knowledge strategy used to link the vocatiinal training in the laber market the study was divided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with the analysis and study of the reality of vocational traingand the labor market . The second chaplater embodied the impact of the formative policy on the two Institutes specialized in vocational training Touggourt and Hassi Messoud as a Comprison case study between 2007/2017. It can be said that the policy of vocation traing is not compatible with the labor market , especially i economic institutions, despite the efforts of the state. "
