المحاكاة الصّوتية وقيمها الجمالية في الحديث النبوي الشريف

تعدّ ظاهرة المحاكاة الصّوتية من أهمّ الوسائل الأسلوبية، وهي واحدة من طاقات كثيرة تمتلكها اللّغة في التعبير، والإيحاء، وإبداع الدّلالة، وتهدف إلى محاولة ربط مستوى البناء الحسّي للكلام بمستوى البناء الدّلالي في اللّغة، وكذا إدراك وجود العلاقة الطبيعية بين اللّفظ ومدلوله، راميةً بذلك إلى معرفة ما إذا كان المستوى الصّوتي الذي هو المِهاد الذي يحتضن البناء اللغوي؛ اعتباطيا، أو تغلب عليه العلّة والقصد ؟ انطلاقا من هذه الفكرة؛ جاء هذا البحث ليدرس الأحاديث النبوية كأنموذج تطبيقيّ تتجلّى من خلاله هذه الظاهرة بإبراز قدرتها الإيحائية والجمالية، ومُشاكلتها اللفظية، لمحاولة استنطاق وتجسيد الدّلالة في ألفاظ الحديث النّبوي الشريف. وقد سلك البحث؛ المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، من خلال ثلاثة محاور أساسية، وهي: المحور الأوّل: العلاقة بين الصوت والدلالة في تراثنا اللغوي المحور الثاني: الحديث النبوي في الدرس الصّوتي (مرتبة المحاكاة الصّوتية.) المحور الثالث: مشاكلة الدّال للمدلول في الحديث النبوي (مرتبة المحاكاة البنائية.) The phonemic simulation phenomenon is one of the most important stylistic means, and it is one of the many energies that language possesses in expression, and it aims at trying to link the level of the sensory structure of speech with the level of semantic structure in the language, as well as the awareness of the existence of the natural relationship between the word and its meaning. Proceeding from this idea; This research came to study the hadiths as an applied model through which this phenomenon is demonstrated by highlighting its suggestive and aesthetic capacity, and its verbal symmetry. The research has followed; Descriptive and analytical approach, through three main axes, namely: -1 The relationship between sound and significance in our linguistic heritage 2- The hadith of the Prophet in the Phonology lesson (the level of phonemic simulation). - 3The problem of the signifier of the signified in the hadith of the Prophet (the level of structural simulation).
التناسب أنواعه ودلالاته في تجلية المعنى القرآني

في مقالنا هذا تحدثنا عن موضوع من الموضوعات القرآنية المهمة ألا وهو التناسب الذي يعد من العلوم المتعلقة بالقرآن الكريم، وقد بدأنا بتعريف التناسب في اللغة والاصطلاح، ثم عالجنا صلب الموضوع في عنصرين مهمين هما: أنواع التناسب القرآني، ودلالات التناسب القرآني، وقد فصلنا في كل ذلك وأعطينا النماذج من القرآن الكريم بما يسمح به عدد صفحات البحث، ثم في الأخير سجلنا أهم النتائج التي خرجنا بها من البحث والتي منها أن موضوع التناسب من الموضوعات القديمة الجديدة التي لا تزال قابلة للدراسة والبحث في جوانب مختلفة من النص القرآني، فيكون بذلك ميدانا رحبا وواسعا للكتابة والبحث سواء في الجهود الخاصة أو الجهود العامة المشتركة. In our article, we talked about one of the important Qur’anic topics, namely proportionality, which is one of the sciences related to the Holy Qur’an. We began by defining proportionality in language and convention, then we dealt with the crux of the topic in two important elements: the types of Qur’anic proportionality, and the indications of Qur’anic proportionality. We gave the samples from the Holy Qur’an as allowed by the number of research pages. Then, in the end, we recorded the most important results that we came out with from the research, among which is that the issue of proportionality is one of the new old topics that are still subject to study and research in different aspects of the Qur’an text, so it becomes a wide field. And a wide range of writing and research, whether in private efforts or joint public efforts.
الاحتجاج بالحديث النبوي عند علماء اللغة المتقدمين - تأصيل للإشكال النحوي وقراءة في الواقع اللغوي والبلاغي

نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة الكشفَ عن واقع الحديث النّبوي في جملة لا بأس بها من الدراسات اللغوية، لندفع كل ما قد يعلق به من شبهات واهية تزعزع ثقة الباحثين بأصالته وقيمته اللغوية، وهذا من خلال تقديم قراءة دقيقة لأصل الإشكال النحوي من خلال المعايير التي ارتضاها العلماء المتقدمون في تأسيس علوم اللغة بادئ الأمر، ومن المعايير الحاسمة التي وقفنا عليها عندهم السّماع أو النقل كما يطلق عليه ابن الأنباري، وهو رأس الأمر في اثبات عربيّة اللفظ الذي يقتضي صحّة الاحتجاج على تقعيد اللغة . ثم سنتكلم عن ضوابط الاحتجاج، وسنشفع ذلك ببيان مفصل للواقع الاحتجاجي بالحديث من خلال تتبع مظاهره في التراث اللغوي والبلاغي . Through this study, we seek to uncover the reality of the Prophet's Hadith in a good number of linguistic studies, to push all the flimsy suspicions that may be attached to it that undermine researchers confidence in its originality and linguistic value, and this by providing an accurate reading of the origin of the grammatical problem through the standards that scholars have accepted. Those advanced in establishing linguistic sciences in the beginning, and one of the critical criteria upon which we stood by them is listening (Al-Samae) or transmitting (Al-Naqel(, as Ibn Al-Anbari calls it, and it is the head of the matter in proving the Arabic pronunciation that requires the validity of the protest against the complexity of the language. Then we will talk about the controls of protest, with a detailed explanation of the reality of the protest in the hadith by tracing its manifestations in the linguistic and rhetorical heritage.
مخطوطات التفسير وعلوم القرآن في الجزائر

تهدف هذه الورقات إلى تتبع وإحصاء المخطوطات العلمية في مجال التفسير وعلوم القرآن؛ وذلك من خلال النظر فيما تزخر به الزوايا القرآنية والمكتبات العلمية العامة منها والخاصة، ومكتبات الشيوخ الموهوبة للجامعات الوطنية، المنتشرة عبر ربوع الجزائر، ثم عمدت هذه الدراسة إلى تصنيف هذه المخطوطات من خلال ما هو مألوف في الدراسات القرآنية؛ وتمييزها من خلال وضع جملة من الرموز والبيانات للدلالة على مكان المخطوط وصفته وعدد لوحاته ونوع خطه، تشجيعا للدارسين والمحققين قصد محاولة إخراج هذه الكنوز العلمية وطباعتها وتقديمها للاستفادة منها وخدمتها علميا. This study aims to trace and count scientific manuscripts in the field of interpretation and the sciences of the qur an. And that by looking at the richness of the Quranic Zzawaias, the public and private scientific libraries, and the libraries of the sheikhs granted to the national universities, spread across Algeria, and then this study intended to classify these manuscripts through what is familiar in quranic studies. And distinguish it by placing a set of symbols and data to indicate the location of the manuscript, its description, the number of its paintings and the type of its handwriting, in order to encourage scholars and investigators in order to try to extract these scientific treasures, print and serve them scientifically.
إسهام أحمد بن نصر الداوديّ في خدمة المذهب المالكيّ من خلال شرحه على " صحيح البخاري

يدرس هذا المقال جهود العلامة أحمد بن نصر الداودي المسيلي الجزائري ت402ه في خدمة المذهب المالكي من خلال شرحه على صحيح البخاري، والموسوم بـ: "النصيحة في شرح البخاري"، ولئن كان هذا الكتاب مفقودا، فإنّ بقاء نصوصه متناثرة في كتب الشروح الحديثيّة يعطي صورة تكاد تكون متكاملة عن منهجه في الشرح المذكور، الذي راوح فيه الداودي بين المباحثات الحديثية والفقهية، ووفى فيه بأغلب مقاصد الشرح الحديثيّ بالمعنى الاصطلاحيّ؛ وهو ما دلّ على مكانته العلمية المرموقة، ومكنته في شتى علوم الشريعة. ولأنّ داودينا مالكيّ المذهب، فقد أبان فيما تبقّى من كتابه المفقود عن جهد طيّب في خدمة المذهب المالكي، وهو ما رصده هذا البحث، واختصره في النقاط التالية: - اعتذاره عن مخالفة الإمام مالك للحديث بعدم اطلاعه عليه. - اعتذاره عن مخالفة الإمام مالك للحديث بأنّه لم يصحّ عنده. - تنصيصه على دليل الإمام مالك في المسألة، وتوضيحه وجه استدلاله عليها. - تأييده للإمام مالك في رأيه واستدلاله عليه. وقد حاول البحث التمثيل لكلّ ذلك، إمعانا في التفسير والتوضيح. This article examines the efforts of Imam Ahmad bin Nasr al-Daoudi al-Masili al-Jazaery (d.402 AH) in the service of the Maliki school through his explanation on Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī “Advice on Explaining Al-Bukhari”. Although this book does not exist, its texts are scattered in books of commentaries on the hadith, an image emerges. Complementary to his methodology in the commentary, in which Al-Daoudi combined hadith and fiqh, which indicates his great scholarly position in the various sciences of Sharia. And because the Imam belongs to the Maliki school, in the remainder of his lost book an effort appeared in the service this school , which is what this research has monitored.
اللغة الاستعارية ودورها في كشف هوية المؤلف ورسالية الخطاب مقاربة تأويلية "ميمية ابن قيم الجوزية أنموذجا

اللغة الاستعارية في خطاباتنا اليومية والأدبية وظيفة رسالية، قد تكشف لنا عن هوية المبدع، وعن مدلول الرسالة. فالمتلقي يقوم بتأويل هذه الاستعارات، للكشف عن الدلالات الباطنية، عبر دلالات سطحية، هذه الدلالات التي قد تتحد حولها الرؤى أحيانا، وقد تختلف أحيانا أخرى، ونحن نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الكشف عن هوية صاحب الميمية، وكذا الكشف عن مدى رسالية الخطاب فيها، وذلك من خلال مقاربة تأويلية لبعض ما جاء فيها من استعارات. The figurative language in our daily and literary speech has a rhetorical function that may reveal to us the identity of the author and the content of his message. The recipient interprets these metaphors, to reveal the internal meanings through the external connotations of the text, and these connotations may sometimes coincide with visions around them, and may differ at other times. We seek, through this research paper, to reveal the identity of the owner of the " Maymiyya " as well as to reveal the extent of the message of the discourse in it, through an interpretive approach to some of the metaphors in it.
المقاصد الشرعية لأحكام الطلاق في الإسلام

يدرس هذا البحث أهم أحكام الطلاق ومقاصدها الشرعية، مبينا أن الطلاق شرع لرفع الضرر الحاصل على الأزواج، والذي استحال رفعه عن طريق الوسائل والأساليب المشروعة للصلح بين الزوجين، ويوضح البحث أن أحكام الطلاق في الإسلام، حرصت على سد كل الأبواب المؤدية للطلاق، مبنية على التريث في اتخاذ هذا القرار، وفق تشريعات حكيمة، بحيث لا يلجأ الزوج إلى الطلاق وتفرقة كيان الأسرة إلا عندما يتيقن من استحالة استمرار الحياة الزوجية. This research examines the most important rulings on divorce and their sharia objectives, indicating that divorce is legal in order to remove the harm caused to husbands, which has been impossible to lift through legitimate means and methods of reconciliation between spouses. In making this decision, in accordance with wise legislations, so that the husband does not resort to divorce and separating the family entity except when he is certain that the continuation of married life is impossible.
