    Les marchés boursiers sont soumis à une réglementation foisonnante développée et mise en œuvre par des autorités de régulation. Elles ont été instituées pour assurer la régulation des marchés boursiers, en adoptant des mécanismes multiples tels que la réglementation, le contrôle et la surveillance, ainsi que la répression. La loi régissant le secteur boursier algérien connait plusieurs lacunes, raison pour laquelle on appelle à la réforme de ces dispositions, de manière à réaliser une régulation souple et efficace. The stock markets are subject to a proliferation of regulations developed and implemented by regulatory authorities. These authorities were instituted to ensure the regulation of the stock markets , by adopting multiple mechanisms such as regulation, control and surveillance, as well as sanctioning The law governing the Algerian stock market sector knows several shortcomings that influence the development of this sector, which is why we call for the reform of this law, so as to achieve a flexible and effective regulation.
