    American Social Welfare Policy: Current Issues and Future Perspectives

    This study aims to present the current state and future prospects of social welfare policy in the United States with a focus on pressing issues and possible paths forward. It sheds light on the opportunities and challenges associated with changing American social welfare policy to promote a more equitable and inclusive society. The study employs documentary research design to explore and analyze data within official documents and utilizes historical research design to provide a historical account of past events and changes within American society. The main findings of the study include that Inequality persists across economic, racial, and gender lines despite efforts to address it. The housing crisis needs long-term solutions. Discrimination impacts social welfare access, requiring comprehensive strategies. Poverty, driven by inadequate wages and unemployment, demands effective policies. Healthcare reform is needed for accessibility and affordability. Education funding disparities hinder social mobility. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض الوضع الحالي والآفاق المستقبلية لسياسة رعاية الرفاه الاجتماعي في الولايات المتحدة مع التركيز على القضايا العاجلة والمسارات الممكنة للمستقبل.كما تسلط الضوء على الفرص والتحديات المرتبطة بتغيير سياسة رعاية الرفاه الاجتماعي الأمريكية لتعزيز مجتمع أكثر عدالة وشمولًا. تعتمد الدراسة تصميم البحث الوثائقي لاستكشاف وتحليل البيانات ضمن الوثائق الرسمية وتستخدم تصميما البحث التاريخي لتقديم سرد تاريخي للأحداث والتغييرات في المجتمع الأمريكي. تشمل النتائج الرئيسية للدراسة على استمرار لعدم المساواة في الاقتصاد ’العرق والجنس على الرغم من الجهود المبذولة لمعالجتها. تحتاج أزمة الإسكان إلى حلول طويلة الأمد. يؤثر التمييز على الوصول إلى الرعاية الاجتماعية، مما يتطلب استراتيجيات شاملة. يتطلب الفقر، الناتج عن الأجور الغير كافية والبطالة، سياسات فعالة. هناك حاجة لإصلاح الرعاية الصحية من أجل الوصول والتوافر.يعيق التفاوت في تمويل التعليم الحركية الاجتماعية.
