L’étude diagnostic ponctuelle est certe un moyen de repérage de dysfonctionnements mais l’instrumentation permanente des réseaux et de la station d’épuration reste un moyen d’alerte continu qu’il est nécessaire de la considérer et de la développer. Dans le but d'atteindre les objectifs de l'étude soulignée on doit suivre les trois étapes non séparées, dans la première phase c'est un diagnostic et du nettoyage du réseau, Dans la deuxième phase on doit faire l'extension du réseau d'assainissement dans les zones d'expansion et enfin on terminera par un plan exécutif du réseau d'assainissement. The point-bases diagnostic study is certainly a good means of detecting dysfunctions but the permanent instrumentation of the networks and the wastewater treatment plant remains In order to achieve the objectives outlined we should not follow the three separate stages, the first phase is a diagnostic and network cleaning in the second phase we must extend the sewerage network in expansion areas and finally conclude with an executive level of Sanitation. A continuous alerted means that it is necessary to consider and develop.
