L’étude diagnostic ponctuelle est certe un moyen de repérage de dysfonctionnements mais l’instrumentation permanente des réseaux et de la station d’épuration reste un moyen d’alerte continu qu’il est nécessaire de la considérer et de la développer. Dans le but d'atteindre les objectifs de l'étude soulignée on doit suivre les trois étapes non séparées, dans la première phase c'est un diagnostic et du nettoyage du réseau, Dans la deuxième phase on doit faire l'extension du réseau d'assainissement dans les zones d'expansion et enfin on terminera par un plan exécutif du réseau d'assainissement.
