    المعيقات الاجتماعية والثقافية التي تعيق عمل المرأة في مجال التمريض

    هدفت الدراسة الحالية والتي جاءت تحت عنوان المعيقات الاجتماعية والثقافية التي تعيق عمل المرأة في مجال التمريض إلى معرفة هذه المعيقات في أهم القطاعات العمومية والهيئات المحلية وهي المستشفيات، وكذا التعرف على الفروق في درجة وجود المعيقات لدى الممرضات ببعض بمستشفيات الوادي، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تمت صياغة التساؤل الرئيسي على النحو التالي: ما مدى المعيقات الاجتماعية والثقافية التي تعاني منها المرأة العاملة بمهنة التمريض ببعض مستشفيات الوادي ؟ وكانت نتائج الدراسة بالترتيب كالتالي: - أهم المعيقات التي تواجه عمل المرأة في مهنة التمريض في مستشفيات الوادي وهي علاقتها بمن حولها كالأسرة و زملاء العمل. - لا تختلف درجة هذه المعيقات بين الممرضات العاملات في مستشفيات الحكومية ومستشفيات الخاصة - لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة وجود المعيقات الاجتماعية والثقافية لدى العاملات بمهنة التمريض بمستشفيات الوادي يتعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية. Abstract : The purpose of this study is titled and existing social and cultural obstacles that hinder women's work in the field of nursing, to know these obstacles in most public sectors, local authorities and hospitals, as well as identify the differences in the degree of presence of obstacles I have nurses in some hospitals The Valley, in order to achieve this main question was formulated as follows: to what extent social and cultural impediments faced by women working in the nursing profession in some hospitals in the Valley? The results of the study were arranged as follows: - the most important obstacles faced by women working in the nursing profession in hospitals aloadiohi relation around values and coworkers - This degree is no different impediments between nurses in government hospitals and private h and cultural almakat to the presence of women in the nursing professio ospitals - no statistical differences in the degree of social n Valley hospitals enjoying himself for a variable social situation.
