    الاستجابة الاكتئابية والصدمية لدى المرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي نتيجة الإعلان عن التشخيص

    يعتبر التشخيص مرحلة مهّ مة وأساسية سواء تعّلق الأمر بالجانب الطبي أو النفسي للفرد، لهذا هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على أهمية الإعلان عن تشخيص سرطان الثدي لدى النساء وأثره على تدهور حالتهن النفسية، حيث تم إجراء هذه الدراسة في مستشفى مصطفى باشا بالجزائر العاصمة مستخدمين المنهج العيادي الذي يقوم على أساس طريقة دراسة الحالة على مجموعة بحث شملت 40حالات من جنس الإناث، تم تطبيق كل من المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة ومقياس الاكتئاب لأرون بيك. أسفرت نتائج الد ا رسة بأن النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي يظهرن أعراضا صدمية واستجابات اكتئابية نتيجة الإعلان عن تشخيص سرطان الثدي The present study aims at trying to shed light on the importance of announcing the diagnosis of breast cancer in women and its impact on the deterioration of their mental state. This study was carried out at Mustafa Basha Hospital in Algiers using the clinical approach which is based on a case study. The group consists of 40 cases of the female sex, both the clinical interview and the depression measure were applied to Aaron T. Beck. The results of the study showed that women with breast cancer showed shock symptoms and depressive responses as a result of to announce the diagnosis of breast cancer
